  Have Fun Applying Scriptures To The Witnesses/Organization

  i was thinking of how the watchtower always seems to be using a scripture and somehow applying it to themselves.

  let's take some bible verses or passages and have a little fun with making our own interpetation........example# 1.....matthew 25: 13, "keep on the watch, therefore, because you know neither the day nor the hour"......"keep on the watch" refers to our continuous reading of the watchtower magazines and watchtower publications.

  "you know neither the day or the hour" but the "faithful and discreet slave has insight into such matters and that is why we must always be on the alert and listen to them!.........example # 2.....mt.

  Try Revelation 22:18,19 or Daniel 11: 32 I would apply these scriptures to the BS the WTBS has been up to for so long.

  bit of background.

  i grew up as a jw i left the church when i was 14 because a ministerial servant who was conducting a one on one baptism study with me said that i couldn't ballance my dreams of being a professional singer with the so called "truth".

  i stopped the study and told my mom i no longer wanted to be a witness.

  i bet you didn't kniw that hotel managers lied to get the dubs to stay at the hotels.

  this must be a big deal to the wtbs as this is the second time, in the same insert they bring up the "approved hotels" issue.

  i don't remember reading about this years ago.

  just a note for all those who have not been to a circuit assembly latley.

  i went with the wife to keep peace in the family and thought those on the board would like to see the program.

  of interest was the last talk "pay constant attention to divine instruction".

  Just a note for all those who have not been to a Circuit Assembly latley. I went with the wife to keep peace in the family and thought those on the board would like to see the Program. Of interest was the last talk "Pay Constant Attention to Divine Instruction". This was given by a Bethel speaker. Just to show how screwed up the WTBS is and warped, the scripture that was used to defend the WTBS and trash the apostates was 1 John 4:1. As you can quess the theme of the talk was beware of apostates, internet, and maybe TV. So what do you do when you "test the inspired expressions" get DF? I am posting the program so you can see the BS I had to sit through.
