My greatest "privledge" was handling mics, and Aux. Pioneering, along with numerous parts at the Circuit Assemblies and District Conventions. I was up for MS once, however I was voted down because I was not considered mature enough, by the Service Overseer (whose son was publicly reproved for pre-marital sex) and had married a non-JW girl.

Has The CIA Infiltrated The Upper Echelon Of The Watchtower Organization??
by frankiespeakin inthe watchtowers call to all congregations for accountants and lawyers especially those familiar with tax laws makes me seriously think they may be in hot water.
since the watchtower organization has been very vocal especially in the past about its anti-government stanse and its df'ing of persons that join the military,or other government jobs, i'm willing to speculate that the united state counter intellignece agency has seen the need to sneak some of its agents inside the wt, for internal security purposes.
also i'm sure that the internal revenue has been keeping a close eye on the gb,, the reason being that they are a huge cash cow, and a dishonest coniving mind control cult.

Well, first of all the CIA is mandated to gather information on foriegn countries. Whether or not this is true is a topic for another thread. The FBI is the agency mandated to gather information on U.S. based citizens. Could Bethel be infiltrated? Maybe. Should they be infiltrated? I don't think so. The reason is simple: though there have been some very heinous acts committed by JWs, and the fact that the WTB&TS has covered up these acts, these acts have not violated Federal Law. It is up to the individual states to prosecute the offenders, and hopefully to nail the WTB&TS. The thing that I am praying for, is for someone in the WT hierarchy to have a Ray Franz moment, and come out of there with all the dirty laundry. Just my two cents.

I believe that Popular Mechanics did a great job of debunking the kooks that continue the conspiracy. Art Bell, a firm believer in conspiracy theories, had the author of the Popular Mechanics article. I stayed up that night (about two weeks ago) and determined that what he had to say was plausible and made more sense than the wacko conspiracy theories bounding about the 'net. http://www.popularmechanics.com/science/defense/1227842.html I also found that the hysteria of the conspircy theorists is quite laughable. Calling any that disagree with their theories part of the "government cover-up" or better yet part of the "Zionist propaganda machine." Zionist is usually equiates to anti-Semite in my mind. Just my two cents.

This is a difficult one to weigh in on. I supported my father's decision to remove my mother from her life support (after a massive brain anurism (sp?)) However, the machines were keeping her heart beating and lungs breathing. In this case, Mrs. Sciavo WILL STARVE TO DEATH. I thought this type of atrocity ceased to exist after the Nazis?! I feel very badly for the parents and to a lesser exstent the husband (based on reports about him). I pray that God would strengthen them all, and that somehow someone with power will see this as what it is, the next step in Nazi-esqe genetic cleansing. Just my two cents.
