I've had worse, I've had better. I'm still vertical and breathing guess some times it doesn't get any better than that, sigh.

for some time posters here have been saying that big changes were afoot and that the "members only" wt would be used to announce this new light.
i admit i was apathetic and thought, ok, maybe.
This is down the road a bit but I can totally see the WTS shriveling up with lack of new members and going back to the old store fronts to hold their meetings. Back to their humble beginnings!

i have been to two doctors appointments in the last 7 months and it is confirmed that i have type 2 diabetes.
i was so scared when i found out, i have had many of my family die early from that illness.
since leaving the jw's , i can say that now i finally don't have the death wish that i secretly carried with me for so many years.
Hi Dede I would always advise you listen to your doctor and take your medicine. Last year my husband was told he had type 2 and he was able to get it totally under control through diet. He was very strict and did very good on it. This is the diet he followed:

i feel bad for many of them.
i don't like the religion because it is a cult.
No I don't hate JW's but I do hate, no make that destest the WTS for being the cult it is.
I have many relatives whom I love very much who are a part of that cult. I was a part of it for many years and know too well how hard it is to not only get out but to even let your mind go there......
I also have many friends who are wonderful people trapped in that cult, no I don't hate them I only wish I could help them get out or at least show them what a cult they are in, give them a chance at seeing the other side.

Carl was quite a character although I never met him in person I spoke to him on the phone several times. He told the best jokes and he had such a full hardy laugh and I always pictured him smiling. He rarely talked about himself so I didn't know those things about him Doug he always seemed more interested in who he was talking to and had a way of making you feel important.
He's missed and a Tribute to him is fitting. I know he's smiling where ever he is.
20 is a great age for developed youthfulness, and 25 to 30 is as well.
if it was to be around say, 28, why wouldn't have 20 been a better choice?
why would it have been 35 or 40, if younger years are always more vibrant and healthier years?.
What about wrinkles, freckles, warts, boils, balding, thickening of foot skin in certain areas, gas, back pain, sinus drip, dandrif, 1 inch long nose and ear hairs, can you get sunburned?, saggy boobs, will one still hang lower(applies to men too), cold sores, pink eye, hick-ups, and hemorrhoids.....
