Aren't we all responsible for the success of the Watchtower Society?

raymond franz was a member of the governing body of jehovah's witnesses from 1971 until may 22, 1980, and served at the organization's world headquarters for fifteen years, from 1965 until 1980. franz wrote and edited two detailed books which relate his personal experiences with the watch tower bible and tract society and fellow members of the jehovah's witness organization.. .

after reading ray franz's books,i held him and his fellow members responsible for all the false teachings.

i also wasn't forgiving any of them even if they found out that it wasn't the ''truth'' and left the organization.now i changed my mind.

Aren't we all responsible one way or another for the success(6 million strong and counting) of the WTS when we: donated money....got baptized....preached the ''good news''....brought in our family into the organization....signed up for the Ministry School....became Elders,Ministerial Servants?

I've thought about this before. Initially when I was 16 living in a small town where I was well known I worried all the time about bringing reproach on Jehovah's name even though I was df'ed. Now I know that I definitely have ensured more people are informed and will turn dubs away at the door with disgust I say no I've definitely undone anything I initially contributed.

I really like Gregorian Chant music - its like lots of male monks singing in a cathedral mainly in Latin.

I also love Georgie Zamfir music with panpipes.

Open Mind - my original reply was much longer but I editted it because I didn't want people to be concerned about my mental health issues - anymore than they already are, so your response above validates that! I also pouted a bit and thought - I hope that comment wasnt for me.

Warning - Shadowboxer is a very violent film, but beautifully shot. It's not for the fainthearted, but let's face it Helen Mirren is not for the fainthearted either. And neither am I.

I think Monty Python is hilarious, and while I'm not quite at the level of reciting scenes word for word I am familiar with most.
I've beaten Oblivion, but sometimes I'll fire it up just to run around town killing everyone like that one scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

And you have a cat???? Would it be nerdy to request pics of said feline?

No one has owned up to speaking Klingon yet. I have a picture of me drinking cocktails with two Ferengi at the Star Trek Experience in Las Vegas. Anyone else been to that bar?

It depends on how excruciating excruciating is. If I definitely had just a guaranteed 3 years in total I'd probably stick it out and do my best to my mark on my immediate world and inspire people, and if not inspire them, at least make them laugh in spite of themselves.

Actually I'd want to go almost exactly the same way Helen Mirren does at the end of Shadowboxer. That would be hot.

What is the difference between the scent of English Leather and leather from anywhere else? Quintesentially speaking?

I love the smell of worn leather - not shoe leather, it reminds me of well-used book marks that I picked up in souveneir shops as a child and were embedded in so many books as I rapaciously read my way through my childhood and teens wanting to know everything about the adult world.... hmmm.

I like lots of nerdy stuff. Fantasy/Sci Fi books and conventions ( My husband is a cover artist for these sort of books), Buffy, Angel, Firefly, all the news I can get including NPR, Lord of the Rings, and Gaming! Especially Elder Scrolls/Oblivion, online Role Playing. wow. I really AM a nerd.

Oblivion - so aptly named - there aren't words. That's my number favourite game. Have you gone through all the gates?
