As I said in a previous message, the President of MILS, Alain Vivien in his new Parlament Report on Sects, is plaining to classify JW a RELIGION (the exact term "ASSOCIATION CONFESSIONNEL"). If this would be left done it would be another victory for JW and other European countries might follow the example.
Somebody (Malka) called this a "fake". My information is based on reliable sources, which for confedential reasons I can't reveal them yet. But all those who know me by now , know for what I stand.
Therefore, continue sending letters in mass to Mr. Alain Vivien to stop this none sense. The future is in your hands.

True, JW are still considered as a SECT in France, but what ALAIN Vivien have in his mind is not a "FAKE" at all.
My sources are very reliable persons who heard Alain Vivien in person saying so these last days.
The petition must go on, before it would be to late. Thank you all for your help.

Alain Vivien is an authority in the field of anti Sect. So if he would soften things for JW in France, other European countries might follow the same pattern.
What I meant (and I apologies as I'm blunt with my words)about WBTS/NGO, is as Detective said to write in big number.
When the JW would one day make a TRUE PARASTROICA in their attitude and respect fully HUMAN RIGHTS, then they have the right to belief what ever they want and perhaps be considered as another RELIGION.
There's no need to write a book to him, simply that you disagree if the term "ASSOCIATION CONFESSIONNEL" would be applied to JW. But it's important that you all act.

In France, a new Parlament Report on Sects was just writen (but not yet published)by Alain Vivien(President of MILS)and his team. To the surprise of all ex-JW victims, Jehovah's Witnesses are now recognisied as "ASSOCIATION CONFESSIONNEL", in other words RELIGION. If this would be published, it would be another VICTORY for the WBTS worldwide and open new opportunities for them which they well know how to take profit. This NON SENSE should be stopped. What can we all do?
Remember what took place with the WBTS/NGO issue? So please help us to adopte the same method. Everybody write to Alain Vivien, and tell him you don't agree. Write all the harm they caused you and still doing, which are far from being a RELIGION. Tell him how many people die because of this SECT, how many families are divided, etc. Remind him what Rutherford said: "RELIGION IS A RACKET AND A SNARE." And other reasons why you think they shouldn't be considered as a RELIGION.
Alain Vivien, already was quoted by JW in one of their local tracts (Français, on vous trompe!). Why is this politition taking their side and soften things for them? There might be various reasons, but one of them is because he have family members who ARE JW. (but please don't attack him on this point)
So please I ask ALL to help and spread this to all you know worldwide. The address is:

"As the Society is already pledged to me that it will publish no other periodicals, it shall also be required that the Editorial Committee shall write for or be connected with no other publications in any manner or degree."
I don't pretend to be familiar with Laws. But isn't it clear that by publishing the AWAKE!(GOLDEN AGE) the above mentioned was violated? Same point was mention by Timothy White in his excelent book: A PEOPLE FOR HIS NAME: A HISTORY OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES AND AN EVALUATION (P. 173)
Do you know if ever somebody took the WBTS to court on this point? If not, would it be possible to do so? Don't they say they don't publish the names of the NWT committee because that was their "request"? Where is their consistancy?

isp rightly commented the following, "the wts gets double payment for the mags from the r+f......so subscribers are not cost effective!".

If one reads the WILL of Charles Russell, it made it clear that the ONLY magazine the WBTS had to publish was the Watch Tower. Therefore by publishing another journal, it violated Russell's WILL. (see W 1916, December 1)

Can the topic remain on a serious level? I'm fed up with all your childish comments.
On one side we have the WBTS criticizing for years the UN, on the other hand taking profit of them. Unless they're consistant in their reasoning it's not fair. The FECRIS and other European anti-sect Associations don't think that the above (if it's true) is normal!!!
