  MY OBSERVATIONS FROM THE MEMORIAL TONIGHT (just got home)

  well, as per usual, the memorial talk bored the hell out of me, but i found it, in one way to be an improvement over last years when they had the most boring speaker on the planet there http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/6/111544/1.ashx this guy at least knew how to speak.

  unfortunately, he didn't have much of a script to work with.. there was the mention of adam sinning and mankind needing a redeemer etc., no mention of when the israelites left egypt though.

  that's probably the first year i've ever seen where this hasn't been mentioned.

If a husband and wife had an anniversary party, would they invite their kids and friends to attend and then not let them partake of the banquet?!! Jezus.....what a bozo...........

  LMAO Mary!! Great example.

  All the years I spent at church services for Easter Sunday, I must say that JESUS was at least the primary/only emphasis and not the people running that or ANY church.

  I'm Attending the Memorial

  my lovely girlfriend and i sat down over a homecooked meal, and discussed the pros and cons of attending the memorial.. i decided, with her support, that we would attend.. i spent years of my life pretending to be a witness to please my mother.

  when i left the witnesses, my mother said some hurtful things.. and those things really hurt me... for a while.

  but i established myself as my own person, developed my own relationships, and have gotten a good start on my own life.. i don't know that i want to hurt my mother back, but i do want to make it abundantly clear to her, my grandmother, and all the members of my former congregation, that richierich is alive and kicking.. and i think that walking into the kingdom hall, dressed respectfully in a suit, yet with full piercing jewelry intact, and with erika wearing something classy that steals the brother's eyes, and draws glares from the humble sisters, will be just the thing to send that message to my mother.. i don't plan on partaking or making a disturbance.

  this is my first memorial as a member of jwd.. the only thing i could muster up was a cup of coffee and a doughnut.. i'll be around the real stuff tonight.. warlock .

  what was the biggest "secret" that you kept from everyone when you were a witness?.

  i thought would could have some fun with this topic on a friday afternoon.. back when i was an active witness i started "secretly" dating a "worldy" girl.

  there was a shortage of single sisters at my hall.

  Badger and Family on TV!

  for you american viewers, this saturday is the opening of the major league soccer season, and the home opener is here in denver.

  what's more, since we're opening a new park, we're also the game of the week and will be on abc.

  since me, aztec, and our boys all sit with the centennial firm (the hooligan section in denver, we'll be behind the right side corner flag at the top of the screen), we'll be on tv quite a bit, as the networks love shots like that.

  of course, the scriptures say one must not commit fornication.

  however, i know most teens have sex well before marriage.

  I'd like to nominate whoever invented Hommous - never was a chickpea so delightfully rendered so as to cause exquisite delight to the tongue in its creamy texture and palate in its intricate notes. I declare it is delicious and its all over my salad right now. YUM!
