The statement in the 2014 WT says "Doubtless, Christ will appoint others from among faithful elders of today to take the lead in the new world" In WTS jargon, "doubtless" means we are just "suggesting it" but even if you don't understand it you must believe it and wait until the WTS adjust this "fact." Many other words like this, I call them weasel words where the WTS goes on to tell how prayers should be said. "How long should our prayers be? The Bible doesn’t say. Our prayers can be short or long, depending on the situation. For example, we might say a short prayer before we eat but a longer prayer when we are giving Jehovah thanks or telling him about our concerns. (1 Samuel 1:12, 15) We don’t want to say long prayers just to impress others, as some people did in Jesus’ day. (Luke 20:46, 47) Jehovah is not impressed by prayers like those. What’s important to Jehovah is that we pray from our heart.

The WTS seems trying to get those who have been asked to leave Bethel,(not because of wrongdoing)l to view it this way March 2022 p.17 "Change is challenging for many of us. Some who served in a form of special full-time service for a long time have received a change of assignment. Others have had to relinquish a cherished privilege because of their age. It is normal to feel disappointed when such a change affects us. Initially, we may not fully understand the decision or agree with it. We may miss the way things used to be. And we may become discouraged, feeling that in our new circumstances, we are of little use to Jehovah." So basically, quite your crying, babies.

"When we base our discussions on material published by Jehovah’s organization, we help the congregation to remain united “in the same line of thought.” This often done by the WTS because so many jws make conjectures, and then state them publicly, and when it is elders or circuit overseers, many jws think it must be fact because of their "position." And then they spread it through the organization and it is almost impossible to find the original source. The term the WTS uses is speculation, although the WTS does it all the time in their publications. Usually the WTS has in the past prefaced this by "Bible-based" In the endnote the WTS covers its rear by saying "They offer to others Bible-based publications that are provided by the faithful slave."

Attendance at the "memorial" each year brings out droves of what have been called "submarine" jws, people who come up only once a year and then don't come back till next year. When you compare the numbers of people counted as having turned in some time reported to WTS, there is a vast difference.

Watchtower makes the claim that "Jehovah has always guided his servants in an organized way." (You Can Live Forever in Paradise on Earth p.192) If that is the case, how were they guided and organised during the dark ages? What group represented God's organization immediately prior to the formation of the Watch Tower Society in the 1884 by Charles Russell, and why didn't Russell just follow them?"
