Reminds me of how the WTS split up info on embarrassing events in many different places in the Proclaimers book.

I have checked with an ex-jw that has files on the letters sent to the elders. Perhaps they can find something and will post it here.

'church elders are told to report any allegations of child sexual abuse to the authorities immediately'
by was a new boy in'the spokesperson also said that church elders are told to report any allegations of child sexual abuse to the authorities immediately, even if there is only one complainant.'.

The WTS used to say they did not have to report it to the police, because it was a sin not a crime per their interpretation of the bible. Now the WTS hides behind the clergy-penitent law/status, although the accused jw does not just confess to one person (who keeps it to themselves, does not share it, like confession to a priest) but the elders make a report that other elders know it and send it to WT headquarters). Add to that the WTS proclaims they don't have a clergy class. Yes, before elders do anything about a child sexual abuse situation, it is Call Legal, Call Legal, Call Legal, not the service desk (renamed Branch Office) to get advice. So the WTS really sees it as a crime, if the elders are to call Legal first. WT 2021 October p. 20 In contrast, true worshippers of Jehovah have no clergy. Although we respect those who are taking the lead, we accept Jesus’ clear teaching: “All of you are brothers.” (Matt. 23:8-10)

If someone knows it, google it and find him if possible, but don't share personal info on this public page. PM it instead.

July 2023 Study Article 29: Are You Ready for the GT (part 3)
by blondie inhad to take a break to get my chores caught up; last section: strengthen your love.
this implies that any jw had "real" love or knew what it was outside the wts definition.
many jws just perpetuate the type of love they were show in their congregation.

October 2019 Watchtower p. 16 (the key scripture for researching this is Rev 16:21 for other similar comments)(quite a few weasel words, likely, may, may, we have to wait and see, seems
During the great tribulation, the message that we proclaim will likely change. Currently, we are preaching the good news of the Kingdom and we are endeavoring to make disciples. But at that time, we may well deliver a message as hard-hitting as hailstones. (Rev. 16:21) We may proclaim the impending doom of Satan’s world. In time, we will find out exactly what our message will be and how we will deliver it. Will we use the same methods we have used for over a hundred years to accomplish our ministry? Or will we use some other methods? We will have to wait and see. In any case, it seems that we will have the privilege of boldly proclaiming Jehovah’s judgment message!
Here's another good one from W15 7/15 p. 16: This will not be the time to preach the “good news of the Kingdom.” That time will have passed. The time for “the end” will have come! (Matt. 24:14) No doubt God’s people will proclaim a hard-hitting judgment message. This may well involve a declaration announcing that Satan’s wicked world is about to come to its complete end. The Bible likens this message to hailstones when it says: “Great hailstones, each about the weight of a talent, fell from heaven on the people, and the people blasphemed God because of the plague of hail, for the plague was unusually great.”—Rev. 16:21.

Diogenesister, "‘if JWs aren’t friendly now when it’s favorable season, what makes you think they would be friendly or helpful during the GT?’ I was inclined to believe this as well." I actually asked two elders this and they had no answer except to reach out myself. I left 2 years later. I did tell them if jws now would not change, I had no confidence they would change in the GT. Interestingly, the WTS teaches that when the GT starts, no more trying to convert people, that they are judged worthy of everlasting death. I told them that many self-identified jws might be surprised when Armageddon comes at the end of their definition of the GT, those people won't make it. They did not disagree.

Advice to reduce hours earn less and spend more time on the ministry
by ExBethelitenowPIMA inthe advice to reduce work and earn less to spend more time preaching has not aged well.. the cost of living crisis means many have more going out on necessities than they have coming in.. so many asked their employer to reduce their hours and refused promotion only to see their colleagues go up the ladder when they stayed lowly position with rubbish jobs thinking the end will be here soon.
next week midweek meeting is all about preparing for an economic crisis.. they say have a go bag and new advice for all jws to store food and water at home and grow a vegetable garden, i kid you not.
this is the new direction..

Thanks FedUpJW, now I know I wasn't dreaming this: *** w14 3/15 p. 22 par. 10 Honor the Aged Among You ***
10 Full-time servants whose theocratic assignments have taken them far from home may face particularly difficult decisions. Those serving as Bethelites, missionaries, and traveling overseers all view their assignment as precious, as a blessing from Jehovah. Still, if their parents get sick, the first reaction might be, ‘We need to leave our assignment and return home to look after our parents.’ Yet, it would be wise to consider prayerfully whether that is what the parents really need or desire. No one should hastily give up service privileges, and it may not always be necessary. Could the health issue be temporary, one with which some in the parents’ congregation would be happy to help?—Prov.

I don't know how they do it now, but it used to be that you could not sign on to hear the meetings (using your phone) without the password (you had to be vetted by a jw the elders knew). and they changed it often. True, even if it was a jw at a nursing home, homebound, etc. And you told not to tell someone else the password. Perhaps the elders will quit giving people the access code to their Zoom meetings, without proving you need to use it.
