Correct Labour is responsible for the Iraq war. And of course I wouldn't vote for the red Tories, as Labour is known around here.

it's great to hear michael portillo's initial reaction ("whaaat!
") and then watch him and andrew neil belly-laugh at diane abbott's comments at the end of the clip.. perhaps she'd been at the blue nun xd.

while true, the chart below showing numbers of victims for jw was the lowest of all persecuted groups.
even lower than spanish republicans.. im guessing there have been more victims due to the wt blood policy.

"Fall" and "destruction" are two separate events. Babylon the Great "fell" shortly after 1914 when it was exposed as not supporting God's Kingdom. Since then the "sea" of support for false religion has "dried up". And it will be "destroyed" in the future when the United Nations turns on the world empire of false religion and bans them. Does no one pay attention to the teaching these days?

Does the younger generation have our work ethic?

i've had enough of speaking in generalities during my time as a jw evangelizer.
while my own experience will offer up mere anecdotal examples at best, my contemporaries and i have found that kids today lack the earnestness and drive we older folks have had since youth: setting up a lemonade stand; doing yard work without power assist; mopping floors; running errands for a dime; cleaning parking lots, etc.

by Farmer Jim1 inhi folks, i’m heading off on a road trip of northern uk next week and, living in a very rural place, would be keen to take the opportunity to meet up with any ex-jws/current jws to compare notes on jw and post-jw life.. if anyone is available please pm me.. for the record i’m 18 months out of jw, was a ‘model jw child’ & longtime ms & reg pio.
