WoW! I never thought to much about this. My JW days were here in Florida, so most conventions we attended were here or Atlanta, hot,hot,hot!!! I wore sundresses, and one halter dress that I made and loved! No one ever said anything to me? I was a young teen too! ( 14-17) hmmmm! This would have been during the 70`s.

and whenever they show "worldly" people, they are wearing jeans.

Question for those who work in food service...
by Elsewhere intoday i went out to get lunch at a little shop that sells sandwiches.
i got one, but they were closing so i could not eat it there.
i decided to go to a nearby barns & noble bookstore with a starbucks style cafe.

I`ve worked in and out of a few different places here in Florida through the years, I observed that it`s pretty much up to the business owner. I myself as a server never turned anyone away as long as something was purchased. I had many families that I served and they brought burgers or whatever for their kids while they dined on what we offered. Kids are very picky eaters as we know! Usually if I was hospitable these would be repeat customers and turn into great tippers!!

You need to crawl into bed and get rest too dude!! You both will need it for the future, it will be fond memories for awhile...... bed, rest, sleep that is!

to put this woman to death in the manner for which is being done, is inhumane and ungodly.
criminals on death row are afforded a more deserving death than she has been given.

This is such a horrific situation, I have tried to avoid commenting or giving an opinion one way or another. It`s hard as an outsider to listen to this everyday when it`s such a personal family issue. Between the media and the politicans trying to make everyone`s minds up for this family is simply ridiculous that we`ve allowed it to even get this far. I wish the husband and her parents could come to some sort of compromise as far as a decision on what to do for Terri together. To listen to the news this morning on her condition now day by day is just like watching that Arnold S. movie what is it,The Running Man. I don`t want to be a spectator for this. But this is just my opinion, one of thousands.

I too think Mikalah could be a young Barbara S., she is very young and has great potential with the right training. But I agree she had to go last night!!
I think this is one of the best groups so far in this competition, I`m hoping a guy wins this year since a girl won last year.
I like the "big guy" too he really seems to enjoy singing and it shows in his performances, he won`t last to much longer though.

I think Nadia is a beautiful woman and has great potential, but not AI worthy.
I`m rooting for Bo as well, GO BO!!! Of course I live with a rocker so I`m a little prejudice! j/k!
I also see alot with Vonzell, she has some talent, and she has the star ability.

My wife is in the hospital
