  Im in a really bad mood

  ive just worked 40 days without a day off, on a boat with the same 26 people, and was meant to finish my rotation this wednesday to have 6 weeks off.

  i have found out that my replacement isnt showing up and that i now have to work for at least another week.

  i had plans to meet up with my significant other in thailand for 6 days on my way home to australia, now those plans are shot.

  Character actor Bruno Kirby has died...

  he was just 57. diagnosed with acute leukemia two weeks ago, he died today.

  he was in two of my favorite movies: city slickers and when harry met sally..

  RIP Bruno

  I remember him as well from the Columbo series, I was a huge fan! and he played Young Clemenza in the GodFather movies, and he was in Good Morning Vietnam, Tales from the Crypt.

  i had an eye exam today and am really impressed with my new contact lenses!

  ok, so ahem, it was time to get progressive glasses...or was it?

  vanity indicated i try a pair of "multi-vision" contacts, and they are fantastic!

  Congrats. VC!! on being glasses free , If I had to choose here in the near future I think I`d go for the contact lenses myself!

  we actually spoke our mind to anyone and everyone about what we really think.......what would happen?.

  would you lose your family, friends, job etc ??.

  (can be anything really jw or non-jw) let's just get it all out right here...lol.

  Yes I do sometimes have the "open mouth-insert foot" syndrome!! People pretty much know where I`m coming from and know how they stand with me. To many years of working in the tourist industry and with the public in general.

  Ian what a wonderful thing to say about your wife. And I think along the same lines as you, the hubs and I we`re sort of the ying/yang of one another ourselves! almost 21 years! So to answer your question..... Yes I would marry my man all over again!

  Nearly Lost my Son Yesterday

  i got a call from the ex, she was in tears, and said that our son was struck by car while riding his bike to work.

  when i got to the er, he was lying there in the bed.

  he was bruised & scratched.

  XJW just saw this this morning wow! (((( positive thoughts for your son)))) hope he is doing much better today. We have the helmet law here in Florida as well, we need it with all the drunks and really old people that don`t pay any attention while they`re driving. Best wishes for your son

  Anxiety symptoms

  ever since i stopped my study i have gotten completely depressed, unable to sleep, i really depended on my study group to keep me sane and give me purpose but now my bi-polar symptoms have come back with a vengeance.

  i thought about going to another church because ruminuating on a creator did help me sleep at night and now i have not slept for four days.

  i never realized how much i was becoming dependent on the religious structure.
