  hi im new to the world....been lurking for a while but cant keep quiet any more...so much to say so much time...as an intro can i ask if anyone else begged grovelled pleaded lost their dignity in order to get reinstated only to find that it was worse than being d/fd cos at least when you were d/fd you knew why all your friends treated you like crap

  my soon to be baptised friend has started talking to me since i said i might study with jws.

  he tells me some people really believe jws have let their kids die over the blood issue.

  i suggested that may have been the case in the past but he says it is all lies.

  there has to be a lot of fading or questioning jw out there that want to read this book but are afraid of getting the hard copy because of fears of getting caught, mailing issues, etc.

  i think if this were available as an ebook, so many more ppl would be able to read it.

  it would make it so much easier for those who want to take a look at this discreetly and take the leap.

  :all her conversation was about how great she was and how many operations she'd had.

  We had an older lady that would fake faint in the most public situations possible. There would always be someone fanning her off and once I saw her open one eye and look around. Good times. After a while she would do the faint thing and most people would just ignore her. LOL.

  Need a little advice on calorie counting and weight loss

  i just started working out again over the last month after a layoff of about 10 years.

  so my questions are how can i find out how many calories a 280 pound guy burns off just doing everyday activities?

  how do i determine how many calories i need to take in to maintain the muscle i have but still burn off fat?.

  One of the best things you can do is to start eating 6-7 tiny meals a day and drink plenty of water. At first you will find you are pissing alot but your body will adjust and you will thirst for it. Try to cut out bread and starchy foods.. I'm a certified personal trainer and if you want some more diet advice you can just PM me.
