  Noah's Arc and the flood....

  does anyone have any links to sites that have all the evidence that the arc and the flood couldn't have happened?

  i'm debating someone who feels that neandertal man was actually the nephalim, which really i feel is quite laughable but i'll say (in typical jw fashion) whenever i'll bring up older specimens of early humans (i.e.

  homo-erectus) they'll undoubtedly say "that's not a full skull in this picture" when right next to it in the picture is a nearly full skull or next to that is a full skeleton...really annoying.

  i seriously do not understand how some people reason.

  if they do reason at all.. my boyfriend has been friends with a couple of guys since highschool.

  it turns out that both these guys are jw's.

  Hey misspeaches, I knew tons of guys like that in the org. before I DA'ed. They would drink their faces off, smoke pot, smoke ciggies, worship Satan or whatever else the hell they felt like doing.. but continue to put up that fake witness facade.
  

  I feel sorry for true believer Dubs, and I think those two faced types of people are cowardly garbage. I'm glad I don't have to talk to them anymore.

  Did you criticise/expose the WTS after leaving?

  i know there will probably be a lot of sarcastic responses.

  i'll start.. because of my husbands faith and actual belief in the way he was raised - i know he won't cheat on me or be out in the bars.

  i was just talking to jt and he says i should post it..... my daughter is studying wwi history in school.

  i told her that when i was in 10th grade, i had a social studies teacher named nancy galbraith.

  The Watchtower always praises their little dubbie clones in the magazines for "taking a stand for the truth" by doing reports and presenting them in school. Naturally they only mention the ones that get pity praise from teachers and dopey classmates.. never the belly laughs and intellectual pile-drives from people who actually have a clue and can recognize cultish bullshit for what it is.

  That was an awesome story, cracked me up!

  Governing Body Subhumans: Merry Christmas

  having recently experienced the trauma of watching a loved one proudly refuse blood despite being told it was medically necessary and that refusing it would be extremely risky, i realized exactly where i stand in life.

  in addition to my childhood being exploited and made miserable by the watchtower cult, that same cult now threatens to take loved ones from me via the blood policy.. .

  so, on this day after christmas, i am raging mad, and i want to express my christmas wish for the governing body, the subhuman gristle responsible for this illogical and despicable blood policy.

  the best gift in the would would be if our son showed up with his witness wife (whom we love) at christmas.....and announced she's no longer part of the cult.

  XBox 360 - would this be too cruel ?

  ok, i got myself an xbox 360 a couple of weeks ago (yay) and it's brilliant.

  the other pre-order i had with amazon was originally put back to the end of feb but now they are saying it will be here next week.

  the original plan was to just keep whichever come first but i've since promised this one to my younger brother as a combined birthday / xmas present.
