  Wife and kids left me

  long story short, (i'll post it later), after many years of problems with the wts my wife and kids left me and she has filed for divorce (no adultery was committed).

  feeling really sad right now.

  i was a great husband and father, however, i could not take the thought of going to any more meetings and have over the last year started to find was to avoid meetings.

  and lack of progress.

  :My mother always said she was happy for all those wayward youths that left and then came back but sad that one day a group that leaves will not have the time to return to the organization before the end comes.

  That is some messed ass logic if I ever heard it. What sort of a loving creator would destroy his creation based on a time-line? How is it fair that group A gets to leave and have as much fun as they can then come back and get saved, while group B leaves at a later time and because Jewhorevah decides its time for the end they all get lightning bolted? Scary that these people walk among us.

  i know they hate me nonetheless - but i still love them.

  Naa.. that's like asking me if I love the Mormons or Scientologists. This might sound harsh but other than caring for ex dubs, non-believing family members, kids trapped in and dubs with mental illness.. if they all dropped dead tomorrow I wouldn't shed a tear.

  helncon's post on grieving made me think back about my granny.

  my granny was widowed and lived alone in kentucky in a 2 story house.. .

  she was raised and died a baptist, though she didnt attend church much once she was widowed.

  I goofed off all throughout high school. Drinking beers, smoking dope and macking up babes since there was no point pursuing an education with Armageddon right around the corner. Because I wanted to live through Armageddon. MACKING UP WORLDLIES, POUNDING BEERS AND SMOKING REEFER. If that isnt the most convoluted, pitifully stupid reasoning ever, I don't know what is.

  Now I'm paying for it because I'm thirty years old and still upgrading high school courses so I can go to collage.
