the numbers that are reported are of active, reporting publishers.. if they disassociate every single person who is inactive and refuses to reactivate themselves, the numbers will not be negatively affected at all.
I don't think this will happen. I could see them encouraging the rank and file to distance themselves even more from inactive witnoids, but formally disassociating them for being inactive? It could happen, but I'd really like to know what this idea is founded on.

this meant that we were always been counselled for incorrect pronunciation, especially when it came to the word philistine.he insisted that the 'ine' at the end should be pronounced as 'een' and that the emphasis should be on the second syllable ' lis' .
i would cringe listening to students using the ' correct pronunciation' when privately they all thought it was wrong to have his view imposed on us.. what about you.
