Old soul, sigh, you are right. I also tried time and time again, which did bring up a web page, but it was a dead end. There are 6 of us playing this, because it is almost impossible for one person to get through this game. I'm pretty sure that we messed up two web pages before the rabbit one. Whats the worst dish you ever served???

i am a reasonable cook when i can be bothered (as paulj will hopefully confirm) but often resort to quick and easy methods, packet mixes, tins etc.. whereas my parner is a brilliant cook!!

leave him in the kitchen for a little while and he produces something from scratch that is delicious.

so today i decided to extend my culinary skills!

I cook for a living at a very busy restaurant. Although I'm usually pretty much in control of the situation when I have 60 or more different dinners going, sometimes things get a bit out of hand.

Today's mistake.. forgot to add pasta to a pasta primavera. The customer sent it back of course.

A few weeks ago, someone ordered stuffed sole. It was a very busy night, we were way behind, and we ran out of thawed out stuffed sole, so the cart people brought me an order of sole from the freezer, frozen solid. It had only been in the oven for about 3 minutes when the waitress came over, demanding her stuffed sole in a not so nice way. I tried to ignore her, but she kept going on and on and on about how incompetent we were and how she didn't have all night to stand there and wait for her food. I got really ticked off, but I asked politely.. oh, would you like that sole right now? I took it out of the oven (still frozen) put it on a plate and served it. She took off with it, unaware that it was completely frozen. My co-workers just about died laughing. I kept looking at the dining room door, expecting her to come back with it any second, but she never came back. Strange..

MY NAME IS EARL

last night i downloaded the first two episodes of this show and the last time i laughed so hard was when i watched jay and silent bob strike back, a movie from 2002 which happens to include jason lee who plays two characters resurrected from past kevin smith movies, mallrats and chasing amy.. who else thinks this is the best thing to happen to television since seinfeld got really good?

if you're familiar with jason lee and mallrats, you can see some of his character brodie in earl.

the only thing that disturbed me was when i saw jason lee on carson daly's show and he said some disparaging remarks about movies he's been associated with, which makes me wonder if he's had a major falling out with smith.

Hmm.. I must be a minority here. Everybody was talking about "my name is earl" at work and told me to watch it. So I turned on the TV on Tuesday and watched it. It was funny, but I don't think it's the kind of show I'll get hooked on.

My all time favorites : Seinfeld, third rock from the sun, married wirth children and Dharma & Greg.

i love canada, but i would rather a warmer climate.. to me australia would also be a nice place to live, large country, english, and warmer than here.. i'd love to live in the us too.

is it just me or are more people using the word "absolutely" far more than needed?.

the other day i was at a store and the guy said "absolutely" several times in his pitch.

i've heard people use the word several times in recent television shows and this morning on the news i heard it three more times.. .

Met Satanus today...

it was a great time!.

this was a new thing for me, since i am but only recently apostasized and deconverted.
