We are not living today among theocratic nations where such members of our fleshly family relationship could be exterminated for apostasy from God and his theocratic organization, as was possible and was ordered in the nation of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai and in the land of Palestine. And thou shalt stone him to death with stones, because he hath sought to draw thee away from Jehovah thy God, . . . Being limited by the laws of the worldly nation in which we live and also by the laws of God through Jesus Christ, we can take action against apostates only to a certain extent, that is, consistent with both sets of laws. The law of the land and God's law through Christ forbid us to kill apostates, even though they be members of our own flesh-and-blood family relationship. However, God's law requires us to recognize their being disfellowshiped from his congregation, and this despite the fact that the law of the land in which we live requires us under some natural obligation to live with and have dealings with such apostates under the same roof.

As I noted in another post the dubbs themselves love to brag about their clandestine operations, their smuggling abilities, their secretive "grapevine" communications, their loyalty to the borg (whether it's right or wrong) and yes they pray for the mass destruction of everyone but themselves...and they already have thousands of operating cells around the world...and would kill apostates if they got the word from their god. Sounds suspiciously like terrorist activity to me.

With thousands of (windowless) cells throughout the U.S. and around the world, this very organized group of self-proclaimed militants pride themselves on their clandestine operations, smuggling abilities, "grapevine" communication system, and mock all the social structures in place, praying every day (as F-Man noted) for the mass destruction of every man, woman and child not belonging to their government. Yes, they wait on their supreme leader to do the dirty work...but what if...some renegade, senile old GB member takes the reins and whips up some fury in the ranks to take arms???......NAWWW....but it would make for a great movie plot. (Maybe someone should give Tom Ridge a heads up about the dubbies).

What it boils down to is, they are worse than the "Christendom" they condemn. I have never heard of one of "Christendoms churches" praying for JW's to die by the millions because they don't believe the way they do.

Prepare for an encounter with a JW

after reading cyber-sister's post about a jw who knocked on her door, i thought it might be a good idea to talk about preparing ourselves for the almost inevitable time when a jw will try to "preach to us" and try to get us to return.. like cyber-sister i met a jw fairly recently who immediately started preaching to me.

she said jehovah had removed his holy spirit from me and that is why i can't see the "truth".

at the time i was taken unawares and didn't really know what to say, apart from that i don't believe it anymore.

Getting in the borg is easy, it's getting out is hard.

Yiz....kinda like the mafia huh? You hit the nail on the head. They are so thoroughly trained to stick their turtle heads into their shells when they are confronted head to head, that the only way to possibly reach them is, like you said, act like an interested one and pepper them with "innocent" questions. Most of them (myself included) did not know of the flip-flops, all the false dates, etc. If someone had confronted me with that info I would have brushed it aside and written off the source. However, if I thought a person was truly sincere I might have been inclined to do some research into old WTBS crap and come up with some of my own questions. If they think they've got a potential bible study, they might try and answer a few of your questions before they try and hustle you into the latest book for indoctrination.

PS. If the dubbie does not know me, I always use the, "when I was in college I did a research paper on you guys and came up with a number of questions." I tell them I researched their Org by using some of their publications and old news articles (never mention internet), i.e. the San Diego whatever and discovered Fudge Rutherford's mansions and stuff.

many millions who have lived in centuries past and who were not jehovah's witnesses will come back in a resurrection and have an opportunity for life.

many now living may yet take a stand for truth and righteousness before god's time of judgment, and they will gain salvation.

If you are a New York Fireman who has saved hundreds of lives but have not become a JW when Big A hits, You are toast! Anihilated by the Big Guy.

However...if you are Charlie Manson (& not a JW) and you die one day before Big A, you are in line for a resurrection.

Is Rug Doctor a Witness owned business?

today i rented a rug doctor carpet shampooer.

when my son was living at home and was a recent high school graduate he pioneered and worked part time for rug doctor.

most everybody that worked for them here were witnesses.

Dan Hall is not only out but active in the anti-cult ministry. Lives in SF Bay area. Nice guy. Spoke to him not too long ago. He published a book called "The Armageddon Cult". Guess what it's about? Talks about TrimLine in the book. I remember one of the P.O.'s in our area was a TrimLine guy.

Circuit assembly wolf tale

just got this one in the email.

someone already posted this one, but it was sent to me by a "friend" who no longer communicates with me and then sends me something like this from the circuit assembly.

guess she thinks that now that i am "inactive" i may need this little wake up call.

The speaker left out some very important details.

I remember reading about this story in the Ewe York Times. Apparently the farmer loved his sheep a little toooo much. He was accused of raping certain ones in his flock but it was hard to get a conviction because of the "two witness" rule. The wolf happened to notice what was going on and left to get help and advertise the farmers hypocrisy. The farmer effectively shut the wolf up and is still leading his flock.

Sad but true.

Lemme see if I got this straight....Serena thanks Jehovah for allowing her to be a runner-up at Wimbledum. However HE allows a Russian to win...and wasn't it the RUSSIANS that just banned the JW's? Hmmm, what kind of statement is he making? We should analyze this.

While we're on the subject...Are the Dallas Cowboys really Jehovah's team? And when Muhammed Ali was winning titles he was thanking Allah. Does this mean that Jehovah controls tennis while Allah has the boxing concession? That means Jesus probably runs all amateur sports, especially high school football. And when will this great war in heaven come about? The one between Jehovah and Allah and who knows who else, for complete control of the sports world.

We all know that Satan runs the WWF...he took that over when he was kicked out of heaven in 1914. Being real pissed off he thought what better way to screw with people than to make them think that God really has a chance in hell against the GRAVEDIGGER!!! I gotta go now...way too much sugar on the cereal this morning.
