  An interesting "paranormal" experience, that was actually "normal"

  so last night i was in the basement.

  it was dark, just the light in the crawl space was on.

  i happened to see something moving out of the corner of my eye, so i turned.

  while one time while I was leaving the house, just as I was stepping outside, I heard a voice (not an inner voice) an external one. There was no one on the porch but me. This male voice said "get out now". Instantly I was in tears, I was so afraid. There were no men around in the house or outside. I could even feel hot breath on my ear when I heard the "get out now".

  I was not on any meds at that time, and I had not been diagnosed with anything. I can't explain it, and I don't want it to happen again.

  Do you know of any "baptized" JW's single sisters that got "pregnant"?

  i was just curious about this question.

  when i was a jw i remember a young baptized sister that got pregnant and she was unmarried.

  i was waiting for the elders to either disfellowship her or reprove her but nothing happened to her.

  I know one girl 15 yrs old I think. Was seen in a few backseats for being so young, she wasn't baptized. Gave birth to the baby at 15 years old. And they held a baby shower for her. Her parents weren't pioneers or elders. But everyone acted as if it was all ok.

  I know another couple (both baptized) who ran off and got married in another state. 12 months after their wedding day gave birth to a baby and those same elders told people not to go to the baby shower, Now either those elders arent' too good at math or were holding a grudge because the couple ran off and got married.

  Now that's fair isn't it.

  don't ask, it has become an 'issue' here, has the gb or wt's or other ever referred to the rank and file as such?

  i thought there was something that rutherford might have?

  lol You what I find really funny is that the GB would use a military term, rank and file. but yet if you say "Hey look at the annoucement that is posted on the Bulletin board" JW's will look at you like you are from another planet. "Bulletin board" is a worldly military term!!!

  for about a week or so now!

  it all started one day when i was in the laundy room and i heard my husband pull up in the driveway, shut his door, unlock the door to the house, shut the house door, so i go down to greet him ( with a big kiss and hug, as i always do

  anyway i get down stairs and he is not there so i assumed that he was already out feeding comet!

  I used to hear my child's voice ( or sounds he used to make) after he died. I knew he wasn't alive to make thsoe sounds anymore. But my mind kept playing these familar sounds back to me. I was diagnosed with PTSD post traumatic stress disorder.

  Mouthy. You are awesome too. Your pic reminds me of my mother, but your attitude is way more awesome than my mom's. I would have loved to see the look on the reporters face. I would also have loved to see his face when he read the article he inspired. lmbo

  Now on to the subject of this thread.

  Are we allowed to name names?

  I remember Bro and Sis Avery and Bro and Sis Peace. My Mother made this special dinner when she had them over.. yuck It was some creamy stuff with peas in it poured over a little puff pastry. It made me dread having them over because of what we'd have to eat. But they were nice though.

  I forgot the names of the last couple I remember. But his wife had enviromnetal allergies. So the meeting before their vist we were reminded not to wear perfume, scented hairspray, deordorant, aftershave, or wear clothes that had been washed in fabric softener. As all these scents gave her headaches. So imagine if you will about 100 people having to remember not to do all these things for a week. Needless to say she usually ended up with a headache by the end of the week.

  One time this CO's wife was out in service with a sweet sister and she started sniffing around and asked this sweet sister if she had washed her clothes in Downey, she replied no I didn't and then she asked what about your underwear did you wash those in Downey?

  I went to a witness school located in Santa Ana CA from 1975 to about 1981. It was located behind a Mitchell bros (porno) theater. lmbo

  I hated it there so my momther asked if I wanted to go to public school and I jumped at the chance.

  It was also Called New world educational center Principle Dan Williams and vice principle Jan Lynn.

  Anybody else go there?
