some were vicious and cruel and rude.
I seen it happen at a hall remodelling. This one guy was real moody and he was a jerk to quite a few people during reno's, snapping and barking at them. He was trying to run the show and felt the ball didnt roll without him. Shows their just like everyone else not the special elite class they try to portray.

i was thinking the other day that the watchtower society used to sell the mag's and books to people at the doors for a set price.
i know that realisticly they need to cover costs but everyone knows they made profit off of their sales and still do through the donation method now in place.
what i wonder is how did they justify selling for a set price when it clearly says in the bible "you recieved free, give free".
Also Gary thats a great anology. It basically sums up exactly what the watchtower is and its motives. Good thoughts on this subject.

Thank you SunSpot for that post. Exactly the kinda of thoughts I had on these issues. Their charging of interest to their own members (bro's or sis's) goes against bible reasoning, and the biggest kick in the pants is knowing this money was donated to them first off by these very members. Hypocrites and liars! Thats all they are. And though they may not force donations from people at the doors now, I do remember a time when the mag's had a set cover price and they were too be sold for a price. This too me seems also to be somewhat condradictory compared to what the bible says. I just thinks it all kinda two faced on the part of the org.

Yeeeks!! I seen some photos of a brown recluse bite and its not pretty. A bite on the hand and in one week it was a nasty huge open sore extending down to the bone. I like spiders that are no where near me. lol Where are these Brown recluse spiders normally habituated? Hopefully not North America. lol

Just like how the watchtower reads the bible and interprets it as saying only God will spare the witnesses. You'd swear they were on LSD when they read it. lol Wow if that isnt the biggest example of God being totally impartial then nothing is. lol Yep the good ol' impartial god says "I will only save the witnesses even if they are full of greedy hypocrites and only honour me with their lips. last year, a faithful sister passed away in a neighboring cong.
she did have some disfellowshipped relatives............i guess everyone assumed they wouldn't show up.
but they did (which they certainly have every right to do).........and it seemed it caused quite a stir.. one elder, who stayed to visit the family, ended up having to apologize to the entire congregation.
Wow Franklin, thats quite the comment from that elder. I guess their god now and can judge us condemmed. Haha they will get such a surprise when they realize that a publishing agency cant spare their own life. lol Just sheep all of them blind sheep, taking what they want from the bible and tickling each others ears. Sad to see that their are such arrogent people though. Makes you sure glad to be free from all their entangling doctrinal webs.

LOL for sure Big G thats all they are, you hit the nail on the head. And since when is being a publisher biblical? How did they get the word publisher from the bible. Might as well just call them book pushers lol. All they really are like you said is travelling salespeople keeping the chain strong and the cash flowing. Funny how they can convince millions that its god's will to market their product and not the bible. Also while the rank and file do the grunt work to keep the bussiness running their also the ones that recieve the brunt of all the emotional tyranny and flogging. Their treated like dirt and are easily disposed of when no longer needed or no longer can benefit the financial progress of the company, while the big wigs sit back and play with the members like pawns on a chessboard. Truly sad and corrupt.
