it just occurred to me that you could have fun with that rule.

single out your favourite elder and privately go up to him and call him every expletive you know.

when they try to discipline you, ask, "are there two witnesses to this?

when i was young, there was a rumor through out our circut, that the smurfs were demonized.

we were told at once to destroy all smurf toys, dolls, and figures.

there were storys flying around about talking smurf statue figures, that would get up and walk across the floor, ect... does anyone remember this, or did it only happen in my part of the world?

Need help

i just found this forum since i have lost all my friends (yes i was disfellowshiped two weeks ago).

pain is so great.

i was married (going on 20 years) to a man who was in the congregation but was abusive to me the whole time ... physical at first then switched to mind games that threw me into a depression for years.

Liquidizer, very true. Likely he/she was simply giving the scripture's basic connotation from memory, albeit a poor one, LOL. I have had trouble connecting to that site lately today, so I dont know if there are any further replies. If anyone else can get to it, it would be interesting to see what else has been posted in the last day or so,if the thread is even STILL there. We all know how that kind of talk can make a thread disappear mighty fast, LOL

Rules for Life

about 2 years ago in my journal i started a page "rules for life":.

my rule for this page was it had to be a definent, 100% for certain rule with no way of swaying it's truth.

in 2years time i've come up with one rule so far on that page.. 1) talk is cheap; so keep it simple.. i think i may be ready to add rule #2:.
