  guidance ,love ,understanding,and wanting whats best for your kids is alot different than forced servitude,low self esteem,crazy dillusions of demons and the supernatural.By thye way,you got crayons,when I was about 6 on,if I didn't remember some "point" from the meeting,I was threatened with physical violence-spanking ,whatever,sometimes I got it sometimes I didn't.Jehovahs Witnesses wouldn't know what a proper family was if it kicked them in the face.

  I am glad you were never forced to take it that seriously,I wish that was my situation.But I'm a crybaby and can't help it.

  smelly onions--what do you feel about children being forced to go to hours of boring brainwashing meetings and conventions,taught to be magazine peddlers,told that all thier friends are going to die at the big A,that they would die if the didn't folloe the cult,and in general,taught thru guilt and fear to hate or dislike intensley anyone who isn;t a jw.Let alone not allowed to develop physically ,mentally or emotionally through normal social experiences.Is that my fault!

  Oh,I know,I could have been born In some 3rd world countrym,or nazi ,germany,but guees what ,I wasn't.I was born free in america,and they stole my childhood.

  Naughty children

  i heared something the other day that made me sick.. apparentely its been brought out in a talk recently that children are becoming more and more imperfect due to us being right at the end of the system.. i was told that the witnesses are saying that this generation of kids being born have a natural bad streak that makes them so willfull and disobedient.. i don't know what they are saying should be done about it but i imagine they are probably encouraging harsher discipline.. the mind boggles!

  Convention Photo-half empty?

  after my wife returned from the district convention in san diego last weekend, she had this picture on her camera.. i find it interesting that they would rent this big stadium and then block off half of it.

  maybe this is what they always do, but it seemed a little funny to me.

  anyone else gone to qualcomm and seen it like this?.

  It's just another form of control,you can't even sit where you want to at meetings or assemblies.The "elders" make "suggestions" on where you should sit.If you sit closer,youre more spiritual.If you sit in the back,your not as spiritual.
