  How do you feel about "Ultimate fighting?"

  because i turned a lot of attention to martial arts, after leaving the witnesses, i got a lot of connections with people in the martial arts and fighting world.

  i have sense stopped training, after many years and black belts.

  what do you think of this fighting, do you like it?

  Ultimate fighting is a great sport,

  however as we saw in the early ufcs when someone doesnt know what they are doing they get into trouble real quick. The sport showcases these guys talent and they are awesome professionals, but when a local town puts on an ultimate fighting show it brings out people who might believe theyve got what it takes, maybe they do but does the other guy? Its damn hard to get into the UFC, these smaller shows i dont know. Ive never heard of that many injuries happening before, maybe the regulations need reviewing. also in the UFC theres been inexperienced refs who got flustered and end up letting a guy take unnecessary punishment. everybody needs to know what they are doing.

  Courtney Love's mommy had some pretty good advice...

  i came across a really interesting article in psychology today magazine about courtney love's mother.

  it's not so much about courtney, although i had no idea how she was, but it was more about how helpless she felt as cl's mother in that relationship, which has always been strained and there have been periods of being cut out of her life.

  she talks about how we have these ideas about closure and control, which are really fantasy, but we need to "live with what happens to us" and focus on what we can do with the situation.

  joke - chris rock - "when i was growing up i thought that the jw's were the meanest toughest gang in the world, because every time my family saw them coming down the street, my parents would say 'run hide, its the jehovah's witnesses' and we would all hit the floor.

  my dad informed me that when brothers give talks on stage it is not the brother speaking to us,.

  it is jehovah speaking to us.

  i had forgot about this teaching (wonder if they have this in print) .

  I hope he does know of a case with the WT 'going down', I also know of a case with that potential I dont want to spill it here I dont want to jeopadise it. As for the page, if his intentions are good then I personally dont have a prob with it. Its a setup most exjws would be familiar with and as simon has pointed out the real purpose of this site is for newbies so it might be a place all the heavyweights and (self professed) intillectual giants can go bananas without scaring the innocents.

  anyway im going for another beer its friday 530pm and im at work bout to knock off (even though Im on my way). Cheers.. clink!

  Yep it was this time last year that i was working in central london when they went off (i guess allah missed me). it was thursday, I took friday off and went by train to englishmans bbq on the saturday hoping these apostates id heard so much about werent deterred. The place looked quiet from the front, on entering I heard a few voices, as i got to the back i was greeted with a yard choc a bloc with heathenistic spawns of satan, ahh a great day followed.
