this guy, in the article listed below, just got df'd.. http://www.watchtower.org/library/g/2004/7/22a/article_01.htm.

he is a very nice guy and his wife (shown in the pic) is a frigid manipulative self-righteous wench.. apparently he is working hard to get reinstated.

he and his wife are going through divorce proceedings right now.. man, i wish i could talk to him.. ls

Nooooo. I meant I wish I could talk to him about APOSTATE stuff.

Unfortunately he feels the total guilt from the Society and is working hard to get back in the congregations good graces. He is the one that "Sinned" according to WT standards.

I don't think that is a good thing. I wish he would do some serious research - but I know he won't.

I am afraid he would turn me in faster than a winning lottery ticket.

WT reasoning on this point is also diminished and contradicted because it completely ignores post-birth healthy transfers between a mother and her child by way of mammary gland secretions that contain white blood cells in abundance, whereas WT doctrine forbids white blood cell transfusion.

I would love to see a reference on this. I googled it but found nothing about white blood cells in mothers milk.

AJWRB always says this but the Society has NEVER mentioned hemoglobin by name. Why does AJWRB consistently say this when there is nothing that the Society says about hemoglobin?

JW reaction to the UN coverup

so, if you handed a jw a copy of the un report on the wtbs involvement, how do they react?

are they able to explain this away?

Why would anything at the U.N. "tip" them off.I thought they had a direct line to jehovah through the "faithful and discreet slave".So you admit they are not in touch with god anymore than you or me.just wondering? Well there have been quotes through the publications that they do NOT claim to be speaking directly from God. So I am not sure abou thtat argument. And what exactly could they find in the UN library that was so important to the troof that it could not be found elsewhere?
After all, if it was something of minor importance, they could have chosen any major library, couldn't they? Well we just don't know do we? At the time (92,93) they had just obtained that status - and pre-Internet there was less of an ability to search and grab and/or request articles/pubs online. And since most of those guys are so old and stuck in their ways, perhaps they just kept going because it was force of habit and a way to get out of Bethel for the day (smile).

I was a Bethelite from 92-94 and was very close with Ciro Aulicino - the man who usually went to the UN library - and his wife. He was very public with everyone about the fact that he went there every week (I believe Wednesdays) and looked over any new information that could tip the Society off to the identity of the king of the north. I was a brand new Bethelite at the time, so I hadn't been tested as to any sort of criteria of whether I could "keep a secret" or not.

Like someone else posted, you can now get any of that information nowadays without being a UN NGO member. So it was no skin off their back to lose that status.

Plus, I don't think they thought it was a big deal in the first place, which is why they never made much public mention of it. So when it got blown up into a big scandal, they probably took the quiet road and made a form letter and hoped to be done with it.
