a little garden snake approached me while in the garden this pm.
i gently picked it up and took it over to let my 3 yr old , miranda, see it.
she followed my lead that it was a beautiful creature and was captivated by it.
Things like that are tender. I found myself ready to smash a bug the other day and said to myself, "Harm no one." And let it go. I got that from my 8 yr old. Of course, each time we are at the mart, I have to pull her away from the National Geographics and Life had the best mag with this pic of a honey bee rolled in pollen. Fascinating pic.
You two will bond from things like that. Nice job. Peace up!

Different. Maybe not better. I love being a woman, but as a kid and now, I like a lot of 'tomboy' things. Often those are limited because of safety. Like camping alone and such. I just don't feel that safe doing it. So.. maybe I would have enjoyed other things more often.
where i live we have received 10 inches of rain within the last 24 hours..... another 12 to 17 hours of the same are expected!, some areas have gotten close to 30 inches.
its crazy...my pool is over flowing, pets won't go out....we're drowning!
i can't believe we haven't lost power yet!.

they have a quote from forrest gump (of course he wasn't mentioned by name but i've seen the movie a million times).

my wife and i now are organising seperation....she wants me to buy the house directly across the street from her!!??
the house is nice...polished floor boards etc.
i think she wants me there for security as she is afraid to be alone.
I don't know your wife nor her work company, but I do know that when you work for who I used to work for if you were out on medical leave...they DO follow you. They follow you to find out if you are really hurt, or really sick. They take photos and they have a team that does this for a full time job.
And..people do get hacked and spied on through the computer. Now I don't know that your job would do it, but I have had it happen, and I have seen it happen to others. It is serious stuff and it does make you crazy feeling.
Just a thought. The worst thing is while this happens, most people don;t believe you and they turn away from you. In fact it is so odd I would have found it crazy myself until I had been there on both counts. I tend to really keep an open mind about what people are going through now.
Divorce is hard and cutting the ties can kill a person. It is emotionally draining and one cannot expect anyone else to make it through the same.
I feel for the both of you. It is a hard spot to be in.
