  How Do The Witnesses Treat You?

  Conversation with Substitute CO

  so i was talking to a substitute co, he and his wife recently returned from "the school for christian couples" .

  anyways this couple has delayed having children in hopes of entering the circuit work, and have been sub coing for a couple years.

  they both have well paying, good jobs.

  Casually mention that in the current economic climate only an idiot would give up a good job and move

  to parts unknown in hopes of finding another good job.

  JW family made contact....

  .....after 8 years of us being disfellowshipped.

  the made contact through my aunt who is still 'in' - as in she has faded but is not disfellowshipped and will pop to a meeting now and again - she does this for my grans' sake.. the contact was from my aunt and uncle (he's an elder) these were the 2 witnesses used against me in my judicial case.

  they contacted my aunt and said to forward the message onto us.

  Have we not been shunned by them? Yes.

  Do you owe them any assistance? No.

  Let them take care of their own.

  a friend of mine and i had a huge blow out about the jw religion.

  he and i were friends before either one of us were jw's.

  in fact, i took him to his first meeting.

  At least he's still talking with you, wha happened? which is more than I can say for a former

  friend of over 30 years.

  He and I were friends before either one of us were baptized.

  I had a similar experience about blood with him.

  It was the last time we talked, almost 10 years ago.

  He said that it didn't matter if JW's die for refusing blood because

  Jehoobie will resurrect them anyway.

  I just bit my tongue and shook my head.

  You just can't fix stupidity.

  Interesting conversation

  as some of you know several weeks ago i was disfellowshipped for several reasons, but primarily my thoughts on the organization.

  last night i had a very interesting conversations with my wife after she came back from the meeting and several things jumped out at me that made see even more clearly how sick this religion is.

  first of all, several months ago we attended a wedding of a friend.

  What happens before a Judicial Committee?

  i can't get into much detail, but i might have been caught doing something natural and fun that the gb would have a fit over.

  (i'm not sure at this point if i was seen).

  the elders have called a meeting of the entire body tonight, which is strange since they usually meet on weekends.. i've been worrying and sweating like crazy since then, which i think is the programmed jw guilt switch in my mind going off like crazy.. what i want to know is:.
