  What celebrity do you look like?

  did anyone ever tell you that you look like someone on tv, a movie star, someone in professional sports?.

  Weight Issues

  my wife has been struggling with her weight since the birth of our children.

  she's done every fad diet and always gives up.

  now she's turned to phentermine, a controlled substance for weight loss.

  Thanks for all the responses, I'm still reading them all but wanted to say a few things.

  First off, and most importantly, I am not the one with the issue concerning her weight. SHE is. I think she is more beautiful than the day we married. I'm sorry if my original post came off sounding any other way. I know there are men out there who have crappy attitudes towards their wives weight, but that aint me. There are a few good guys still out there.

  My concern is that she is going to have adverse affects from this drug she has chosen to take. If it were up to me, she wouldn't be taking it. But it's her decision and i can only offer my opinion and want o do so based on some knowledge of the drug and any problems it might have. I found alot of info from another forum dedicated to it but of course that is one sided IMO.

  I'm going to continue reading the posts on this thread, just wanted to clear some things up.

  My wife has been struggling with her weight since the birth of our children. She's done every fad diet and always gives up. Now she's turned to phentermine, a controlled substance for weight loss. It seems she stresses out easier and doesn't sleep very well. She has lost weight though, 20 lbs, and she's only been on these pills for about three months. What are your opinions towards this weight loss issue? Have any of you had any experience on this?

  Aluminum Chlorhydrate – Cause of Breast Cancer?

  i wanted to post another topic but this morning my girlfriend got this email that frightened a hell out her.

  a friend of hers from europe says that she visited this breast cancer symposium; there she asked one of speakers why it is that most of cancers start underneath arms around armpit area.

  speaker later cautiously replied in private that it was because of aluminum chlorhydrate which is frequently found in anti-perspirants for women.

  Mail Order Brides...

  i came across a report at work (state of wa) regarding human traffiking.

  to my surprise, included in the report was mail order brides.

  i guess i had no idea how unregulated this industry is in our country (us).

  I consider myself a really normal guy and I would never dream of blaming women for the reason that American men are going to other countries for wives. Men get mad when women base potential relationships on looks or monetary factors. But what do we men do.....the same thing! And yeah, it would be nice to come home to a wife dressed like a Victorias Secret model holding a steaming plate of potroast, but don't you think she would like Mr. June from the Chippendale calender to come thru the door with a load of laundry already washed and folded? Maybe it's our own selfish man-pride that makes us feel like we have to have set up these high standards for women that has put them off of wanting to have us in the first place. Mail order brides probably figure that if they can live thru the poverty and disadvantaged life they have now, an American man is a piece of cake!

  And yes, I'm happily married to an American woman!!!! Wouldn't have it any other way!

  told me that she had sent me a package of candies and cookies.

  i got one of the packages today.

  it consist of two small boxes, one with a red bucket of candy with a red heart on the front with a caption that says "wishing you a happy valentine's day!
