  why dis-associate, you are just playing by the wts rules?

  how can you dis-associate anyway, you never thought you were baptised as a watchtower society member, you thought your dedication was to god, so why formally disassociate from something you did not formally join?

  If You believe that Jesus is God....

  i know that everyone here is an individual with their own thoughts and beliefs,and i'm not starting this thread to debate whether or not jesus is god or not...but i am kinda curious about this.

  thank you in advance for taking the time to consider this with/for me.. jesus christ instructed people on how to pray.

  with the opening line of the lord's prayer he said (something to this effect) "our father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name" (hope i got that right).

  Hello,

  You axed the wrong question. xians dont believe that Jesus was the father. The believe he is god the son.

  To xians the trinity is kinda like Q continuum from STtNG. Q is Q but all the Q are also Q.

  Now here is something. God is God right? The father is God, the son is God, the HS is God... Satan is a god... the angels are gods. Naw I know you dont call them gods, but thats just cause you like to think of xianOJoodism as monotheistic. They all are gods strictly speaking, tho demigods they may be. That being the case, whycomes its so hard to imagine the trinity?

  i told her i wasn't interested in going and i really thought i would catch some flak from the gifts in men about it.

  i was quite prepared to da if it came to it or just be straight up df'd.

  Well... speaking from my own. My x never narked us out. I never told her not to. But I think the burden on her conscience led to 99.999% of all our problems.
