those of you who have been around here for awhile now about this.......but while talking to hubby today another detail popped in my head.my jw adolescence was troubled.

as for myself, i kind of liked the older one better, its just seems that the usability was better,.

sister wallace is very much involved in the biopic of biggie smalls, the rapper aka/the notorious b.i.g.. she's been in many interviews over the years explaining how she tried to get her drug dealing rapper son onto the straight and narrow.

in a very recent interview she says she was "pissed" with her son and the situation he was in.. i wonder how this witness is viewed within the jw community.

all i know is that if any of us glorified a rapper, we'd be in big trouble with the elders..

yes, it has been awhile - almost four years to be exact, but the lard cheeses, the prints of piece has returned to the forum.

a changed person?

to some degree.. my irreverence has refined, my sense of anti-religion has strengthened, and my being irreligious has become more profound.. although i have been a regular visitor to the forum since my last posting, for some reason or another i was unable to log on, and i was unsure as to whether i had been deleted, removed due to inactivity, or maybe i wasn't entering my password correctly.

Umm Hi. WuzL very little ship jumping happened. The popular vote was just as close as in recent elections. Obama didnt land slide the popular vote 52.9% to 45.7%. I hope you dont call that a land slide.

Hamlcr. The 3 branches of government are supposed to keep any one faction from gaining too much power. This is done by division of power. Not division of people. More than one political party a good thing? Hell yes. Perhaps 3 or 5 would be better than two.

Some of the rest of you sound like religious nuts.

While you are having this argument, the Patriot Act is passed with little opposition from either of your religions. A criminal is not impeached even though the majority of your religion rules. An unjust war of aggression is waged and your religion votes YEA on it.

This is not an indictment against your ideology. I see and understand both sides of the argument. It is an idictment of your religious like devotion to a party, whichever it might be. A party that supposedly favours your point of view, but when you look under the surface you find both parties have the same agenda. They just cater to your ideology whichever that might be.
