There *IS* a New Revelation Book!!!
by OpposerSupreme inyes, the km lists the changes, but i went to service meeting last night, played dumb, and asked the lit servant what book would be studied when the bible/teach book is finished...
i now have a new, crappy, perfect-bound softcover copy of the "2006 printing" of the revelation book--not "revision", not "revised edition", but "printing".
the gall of these arrogant sacks at bethel, i tell ya....my housemate and i spent about two hours going through the old and the new side-by-side and, thus far, have found several flubs that contradict the changes made in the new book whilst leaving others on the same topics undone elsewhere.

She asked if she could have one so that she wouldn't have to transcribe the changes into her old one; the Lit servant told her she could only have a new copy if she turned her old copy in. Sly fox--now that's the way to hide history!!

You've got to love it. As if millions of the first edition books and millions of copies of the WT CD can be recalled. The Watchtower has learned a bitter sweet lesson in leaving such a massive paper trail.

Two.Serious commercial was some time back on the sunday talk shows GE had a series of commercials called "What are we doing here" and featured a variety of techonologies GE was involved in. Absolutely brilliant.
Funny. Again some time ago the Miller Lite commercial featuring SF 49ers Center Randy White I think. He's in a bar, obviously famous to everyone around except a very busty blond. She drops her purse and he bends down to get it exposing his dearier to her and she says "Oh your Randy White. Get it football center that's pretty much all you see of him on tv.

Maybe I'm over reacting but almost 1/3 of Americans believe there is more to it than mere terrorist that planned and attacked us on 911. Many actually believe Bush had a hand in it. It makes my blood boil.

"Critical Hour" JW dies from no-blood policy
by parakeet ini just finished watching a discovery health channel program called "the critical hour," which featured the cases of four trauma patients (9:00 pm, edt).
i missed the beginning of the program, but apparently an elderly jw woman suffered a fall, was critically injured, and her only option for survival was surgery plus blood transfusions.
while she was still able to speak, she refused blood; later her jw husband, accompanied by the ever-present liaison committee jw, also refused the transfusion.

They need to do a follow up story, since some time has elapsed, on how the hubby feels now that his mate is gone!!!
Interviewer: Hubby how do you feel now that your mate is gone. Hubby: Are you kidding, I can now go after that little tail I've been eyeing all along. I mean Jehuber said I could chase other tail now that the Ole battle axe, I mean wife has expired.
