Not allowed to sleep over - is that weird?
by collegegirl21 inokay, so my guy and i have been together for 10 months and we usually are ok together.
but there is something that has been getting to me and i think its unusual, but please correct me if i'm wrong - he won't let me sleep over at his house.
and he hardly ever stays at my house, he's maybe stayed here 3 times in our whole relationship.

I used to play with him. For a long time....after awhile i got bored. He plays online with his "friends" and talks to them. Its just not that fun for me. Everytime I turn around i get killed. I do still play every once in a while...but its just not fun...we aren't comunticating besides go over there and get that guy there. Its like sitting down watching t.v....Its nice sometimes but it doesn't really bond you. Now, we both love to play paintball together...but during the summer time its to hot. I usually have crafts and art that i do but I always rotate through them.different things..scrapbooking one months painting the next.and so on... I get tired of the same thing day after day. Sometimes I want to play cards or something different but for him its the xbox. He likes to fall asleep with the t.v. on....every night..... I usually let him do this but sometimes it would nice to do things different. Hes becoming more of a hermit.....if I say i want to throw a dinner party...its all up to me....he says he'll be there.......and don't get me started on the possibility if there is another gamer there.....the t.v. goes on and the xbox is running

This is interesting since i unfortunatly have a cold sore right now. I get them when i'm in a very stressful situation. My husband gets them on ocassion to. We just don't kiss each other when we have them otherwise we just pass them back and forth. I got cold sores because my dad did. They are hereditary. None of my kids have gotten them...thank goodness...but they are a pain and ugly. I too take lysine to help them go away faster. Other then that i don't think its a big deal. Just a pain in the butt...or lip... : P

Descender thank you for that.....My husband plays alot. at least three nigths a week if not more till 2 a.m. then several afternoons while the kids are sleeping. He enjoys it which is fine with me some of the time but he deffinatly has an addiction. When this is how you relieve stress instead of spending time with your wife or kids or real people. Sometimes he does but alot of the time we get pushed to the side. Since work is kinda of short right now I have applied to work and he is home playing video games.....anyway...sorry i'm in bitch mode. Anyway i feel one day it will wear off and he will look back and realize all the things he could have been doing with his family instead of wasting his time with games.

I recently finished reading "the footprints of god" by Greg Iles ....it a good suspense novel and it has a facinating theory of god in it. It a good novel read with some interesting theories. If your looking for something fictional......

My husband and I a year back were planning on moving to Melbourne area for a couple years. He is a contractor and they where needed over there. I don't know if its the same with accountants but in order for us to be able to move there and live and work we had to have a work sponsor. This isn't very easy. Lets just say I filled out tons of paperwork and added up the cost of moving our family and when we were still set on moving I found out that i have to get full custody of my oldest or get permission from my ex to be able to move... So unfortunatlly our move was put on hold But the cost of the work visa and the visa just to stay there plus getting my passport which I didn't have at the time.. it got expensive... But I say go for it if you can make it work.... I still look forward to being able to live there someday.
P.S. the reason we even thought of moving to Australia was because my husband was almost born there. His parents were teachers and moved out there for a few years until she got pregnant and it came time for her to give birth then she flew back to the states had him then took him back with her later where he lived till he was five. Then they moved back to the states. I wish he had been born there he would have duel citizenship
