i have realized lately that i am far less "preachy" than i used to be and as a result, i do not feel as far up my own backside as i used to.. i think my ego is finally, finally, becoming easier to whip and control.

i grew tired of hearing my own voice.. do you feel this way?.

Congratulations on your honesty...you are now normal and now free of the judgemental spirit the WTS (through its doctrines and high moral/spiritual demands) encourages.

It is great to be more tolerant of other people isnt it? I feel and have felt the same as you on this issue.

Bragging Rights or I'll Try Not To Be Too Obnoxious

dear friends from wi (and i know you're lurking out there in cheesehead land)!

tomorrow night at 7 pm (april 6), my son's band, tree of woe, will have their first single off their new cd played on 95.5 wifc here in central wi.

every week they choose a new song to play and people call in to vote on whether or not they like it.

Had chance to listen to it...and its not bad at all...quite a talented band (given the one track that ive listened to.)

Witness School

has anyone here ever gone to a witness school.

you know the school jw's set up to keep their kids separate from the world.

you would have the daily text every morning and of course a kingdom song had to be sung.. i'd love to hear your experiences.
