Plus they've snaffled MY inheritance AND the buggers won't even speak to me!

income derived for 2003 = 20million in the uk alone...if this isnt a business i dont know what is... .
ibsa charged wtbts = 4million for accomodation and 'other facilities' for volunteers...are we to assume this is for the bethelites.....it doesnt cost 4million to house the volunteers and feed them does it??
the wtbts paid close to 0.75 million in management and administration....so that means that the management of the company earn close to 3/4million between them????

for an oldie i'd pick audrey hepburn singing moon river ... mmnnnn, i never get tired of that.. currently i'm listening to norah jones an aweful lot.
she is very easy on the ears and is my "audible-heaven" right now.. so who's voice makes you 'melt' ?
Cara Dillon any day of the week...shes an irish folk singer who written quite a bit....her voice is amazing and her lyrics are very emotive and moving....I could fall in love...
letter read tonight.
said that the "watchtower bible and tract society of canada" will change its letterheads and signature to "christian congregation of jehovah's witnesses".
jez
The WTBTS will still remain in place it just means that another organisation has been formed with seperates itself from them; i.e. Christian Congregation of JWs will be the religious organisation whilst the publishing etc will still be carried out by WTBTS.
Havent seen the letter so could be wrong but I do know that the WTS is trying to seperate itself from JWs so not to be seen as a publishing corporation and this could be one of the ways they are doing this.

Its not just what is written on the lines its what is written between them as well...couple these figures with the way KH's a built...im no financial expert and can only just read a balance sheet but somebody somewhere is making a considerable amount of money...I think from the figures this is clear.

Hi Jez
Hair-raising in as far as how much money the WTBTS made in the UK alone!...how much they spent...how much they donated to International Bible Students Association for supposed accomodation etc....it makes interesting reading...
.
what is the most ridiculous song that you couldn't listen too.. because of so called bad lyircs (maybe misheard lyrics), sexy beat or because fo the person who sang it didn't have the proper morals?.
mine.... couldn't listen to ac/dc because it meant they went both ways.
Anything by the Grateful Dead as they were a trippy band....and took LSD...baaaaad music!
Ultravox - man of two worlds....apparently it was demonic.
Depeche Mode - Blasphemous Rumours...which was a classic in my collection at the time.
Depeche Mode - The whole of the Black Celebration album because it was recorded in a haunted house!!!?? first i had heard about it but still...
The list is endless...
I am proud to announce that every LP that i was forced to get rid of has been replaced....and a whole lot more since...
i just got home from a 5 day stint with joanna, eyegirl, and no apologies as well as joanna's manwhore and it was by far the best vacation i ever had and i had the most fun humanly imaginable.
joanna is the best host ever and eyegirl is great to swap silly stories with, among other things.
;) a public thank you for having me and this is not an invitation for anyone else to swamp them with invitation requests because they do lead busy lives and they are mine mine, you hear me, mine all mine!
Glad you had a good time....we live for these times dont we?

The WTBTS paid over £4million in donations....to where??!!!
WTBTS paid out 600k in ministry costs...WTF are these??
Bear in mind this is the UK only.....imagine the combined turnover for the global business...!!!!
does anyone know who is/are the ultimate insectors of the wt's finances?
and is there any transparency in their finances and also accountability to the public?
can we really know what they do with the profits?
the accounts for the Watchtower & Bible Tract Society of GB make interesting reading....at least theres some accounts available to view in this regard.
