He deserves to have someone who can love him for who he is, not who he worships.
Jehovahs Witness do not give unconditional love.

This is a tough one, if they don't believe it now ,chances are they never will, all we can do to help is keep the channels of communication open and keep exposing the borg for what they really are, everybody has a breaking point and someday they might reach that point.

If You Didn't Have The Internet & Places Like This, Would U Still Be a JW?
by minimus inclearly, the internet and sites like this one helped get me out.
once i started continuously reading how the organization and watchtower writings were bogus, i couldn't help but get out!

I left without the aide of the web.
I knew that the JW life style was not for me.

No big deal, it's a matter of getting used to others posting styles, it happens over time, you discover a pattern to them and figure out who is always serious, empathetic and goofy etc..

My mom got disfellowshipped.
by reneeisorym inmy mom called tonight to tell me that she got disfellowshipped!!!!.
of course to me this is like the greatest news ever and to her its the worst ever so i'm seriously having a hard time being sympathetic.
i just know this could mean she's out for good and it definately means i've got my mom back.

This is outrageous
by Mincan inhas anyone found that the longer you are away from the witlesses the worse their mindf*** on your mind becomes.. i'm acting in such ways that i never even acted as a dub.
it's like in everyway bad they might affect someone, it becomes exacerbated upon departure.
i never used to be so afraid to try new things, even wholesome things, while i was a dub, no more than usual, now i get paralyzed by fear to do the simplist things, like seeing people or getting my life started.. i'm slowing doing these things anyway, but i'm so shocked at how difficult it is.

You were on a mental high and now crashing to reality, it's ok the programming runs deep and will not be easily forgotten, take one day at a time and like another poster said therapy would help you.

If you really want to piss him off just move back in.
Respectfully, acting for the sole reason of pissing someone off is not a good way to act, and is childish. Do you really think provoking fights is a healthy and reasonable thing to do, even if you're wronged? It was a joke, lighten up.
It's obvious they are not living together for a reason, humor is a good thing in stressful situations.
dragonlady of the knows how to act class.

It's your house too, you should be able to go over whenever the mood strikes you. I do understand his viewpoint but chances are that if you were going over you would tell him before hand and if he was having "company" over I think he might call to warn you. Just my .02
