I don't like Bush, but then again I wouldn't have liked to deal with events as he has had too either. Hillary and McCain are twins McCain is just Hillary in drag and vice versa. Obama is a hopeful and he is the 2/3 Demo I've considered voting for president. Romney imo would have been the person needed to get this coutnry out of the economic mess its getting in. Demo's and Repub are tax and spend = Demo, less tax and spend more= Repub. We would all be broke if we ran out personal lives as they want to "ruin" the country. I haven't seen much real leadership out of Obama and Hillary (give me a break) McCain thinks he's a general, Huckabee I wouldn't trust with anything let alone the country. We are in the s**ts people with whomever gets elected less so if with Romney or Obama. IMO of course. And when I vote its my opinion that affects my vote.

Crackdown on "sisters" volunteering at DCs
by dozy inthe wts has sent a letter to all convention overseers expressing their increasing concern at sisters "directing brothers" at district conventions.. with immediate effect (ie for dc 2008), sisters are no longer to be used as volunteers in parking and security / watchman departments.
any sisters volunteering in other departments (eg toilet cleaning) must be subordinate & follow the direction of appointed brothers.
this move will put a huge burden on the dcs in my area - nearly half the volunteers for parking are sisters and there aren't enough volunteers as it is.

The society will be discriminatory to the end, they will go down for the 3rd time gurgling and thinking of more ways to discriminate. If it isn't blatant discrimination of women, its blatant discrimination of the Rank and File witness, You know the most "holy" "anointed" and then the rest of the scum, the R&F. I know they have lost out on women who possess brains, knowhow, and are brilliant human beings. The society just shows once again that it is stupid beyond reason.

NVRGNBK, my cousins would be very surprised that they really as National Guardsmen (one of em) and Reservists (another of them) weren't used in the vietnam conflict. I personally spent over 3 yrs in country in combat and combat support roles. We kicked their asses it was the people like Clinton that destroyed are successues in the war and prevented the war from being won. That's my opinion of course.

isaiah 58:7,10 (7) is it not the dividing of your bread out to the hungry onek and that you should bring the afflicted, homeless people into [your] house that in case you should see someone naked, you must cover him, and that you should not hide yourself from your own flesh.
(10) and you will grant to the hungry one your own soul[ful desire], and you will satisy the soul that is being afflicted, your light will also certainly flash up even in the darkness and your gloom will be like midday.
