It is a shame that you have to fade away! And once you do, you cant show any interest or you will be df. So to those who are or have faded away and have family, DO NOT ANSWER THE DOOR!!!!!!

Most of us were taught that this was the works of Satin. Im not sure I believe that. When I moved back to WI 4 years ago, I bought a house. I had never had any experiences before I moved in there. I was home alone on several occasions when things would happen. Like a remote control car that was upside down on the floor went off by itself. I freaked!!!! I turned to look at it and the wheels were just a spinnin away! My thermostat would go all the way up or down by itself, too many times to count. Another toy, a wrestling ring that when pushed on hard, would say things like Ouch, or ohhh. I was doing laundry, by myself again, and I hear OUCH! I just about crapped my pants. I ignored it and went back to what I was doing, and it did it again. I ran upstairs so fast, get me the hell out of there! Lets see, around Christmas time, I was taking a pic of my son next to the tree. If I recall correctly, the tv was off. But when I got the pics developed, the screen on the tv was blue, and on the bottom it said in big white letters, "Ask Santa". Wierd. And then one other time, my daughter and I were in her bedroom when we both heard sounds like gremlins talking. Again in the basement. We looked at eachother, and I said what the heck was that? She didnt know. Then it happened again, and we both went running, screaming our heads off! But the one I'll never forget is me and my 8 year old son were home alone. He was in the shower when I heard him screaming like crazy. I ran in the bathroom thinking he slipped or something. He asked if his sister was there, and I said no, she's at her friends house. He said no she's not she was just in the doorway looking at me in the mirror and laughing! And again, I said she's not here!!! He insisted so I checked the whole house incase she came home without me knowing it. Nope. So I called over to her friends house, and there she was! Anyone else have some strange stories to tell?

As you know, probably every one here knows, I am bitter. But Im not bitter with god. And I do still believe in Jehovah. Just not the way Im expected to by the jw's. Im bitter about how they want us to believe that df is a form of encouragement! Yeah right! Thats exactly what they said to me in the comittee meeting. Announcing my name on the platform, humiliating me in front of everyone after 15 years. Thats encouraging. But Is it gods fault, or is it the fact that we are all imperfect. I really dont know. You could look at it either way. If he truely is "directing" the watch, then...............................

Were You Affected By Racism In The Congregation???
by minimus ini grew up in an inner city area with many ethnic groups.
i saw very little racism or prejudice in the hall.
i'm wondering if my experience is isolated.

Our congregation was all white, but when I visited the chicago area, it was mixed. I met a really nice black brother, and hot I might add and we started hanging out at the assembly's and when I would visit. When my dad saw him come sit next to me at the assembly, he pulled me aside and told me that he didnt think it was a good Idea, especially to date because of different backgrounds. Yah right dad, you mean because he's black! The CO that came knockin last week on my door was black, and extremely cute! Hmm do you think he'd go on a date with me? LOL
