Anyone been baptised in another religon since leaving the dubs?

i was just wondering if any of you have been baptised into another religon since leaving the jw's.. if you don't mind sharing i would love to know if it was a monumental decision for you to make?.

How long had you been out of the JW religon when you took the plunge?

Did your latest baptism have more significance to you personally then your JW one?

I hope you don't think my questions are overly personal but it is a subject I am very interested in. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Click OK

I just followed that procedure. Tell me if you can see your picture. Is it your son. If so he is a REAL CUTIE!!!

(The other procedure I posted before is if the file is stored on your computer hard drive somewhere.)

ok, since i missed out on developing when i was 14-18, i'm gonna need help with girls, friends, keeping them, and just having fun.

recap for the past week:

one day i hung out a with this dude from fish camp.

LOL... Tsunami your a funny kid... At least you have your priorities right. Study first - playing later... I just hope when you do 'get laid' all the built up anticipation is worth it!

Wow here's an old topic crawling out of the woodwork. But I enjoyed reading it. It was all new to me.

It just goes to show that as soon as anyone shows any intelligence about them the leaders, be they the WTBTS or the elders of the local congregation, become fearful and want nothing to do with them. They go out of their way to trump up charges against them. Couldn't have anyone else developing the skill to think for themselves now could we!?

Hey Es... are you using something other then Internet Explorer? That may be your problem. If it is try doing the same thing except instead of clicking the paperclip at the top of your page where your inbox and everything is there is a link called files. It brings up the same box and you just use that same procedure I gave you before...

Hi pet....

Try it this way.

First of all is the picture saved onto your computer somewhere? Because this is the procedure on how to show your piccys if they are.

Hit Reply and open a new message box.

Click on the paper clip icon.
A pop up box called Attachments will appear
At the bottom there is a box with file written to the left of it and a browse button to the right
Click browse
Locate where you have the picture stored on your computer
Highlight file and click open
Click upload file and wait a few seconds
the pic will appear in the pop up box. tick the box by clicking in it (top left of the picture)
click attach selected files and voila!!!

(P.S.) The pic I have attached is an IT Section wild party... LOL

Do you see the average Jehovahs Witness as a victim...?

i think most of us appreciate the difference between the tyrannical watchtower society and the average sheep like followers who make up the congregations.

we have been jehovahs witnesses so we know how brainwashed they are.

i am interested in knowing how you feel towards jehovahs witnesses individually and whether you hold them accountable.

I think along the same lines as sole dad.

I feel really sorry for the kids who have been brought up in that religon. They know no different. I know what its like I've been there. The world is scary to kids like them. Yes they are victims. I feel sad for people who don't know any better but feel that they should apply the counsel they make their studies apply - keep on examining these things to see if they are true.

I feel angry with the leaders. they are deceivers and manipulators. i don't like them at all.
