I found the article due to using the Google search tool I created - linked above - basically you can tell Google to only search certain sites and I have entered sites with loads of contetn such as jwfacts freeminds wikipedia rickross etc

i will preface the start of this first by saying this happened many years ago - in 1985 when i had just become a new father myself to my dear son flipper junior, i'll call him.
when i explain this to you, some of this may appear comical, in fact, now that i overcame it years ago, i can laugh at it, but when you see the totality of the story- when it happened then to me- it was no laughing matter.
Ye there was definitely soemthing going on there - JW's are repressed in all sorts of ways so this behaviour could range from letting off steam (in a reckless way) through to cruelty and domination.
In any case they ganged up on you and inflicted some humiliating treatment.

as you may have heard, the court of appeal has overturned three previous court decisions in my favour.
the lawsuit has been given the green light and is basically has remained intact almost exactly the way it started.

I was a newly married man aged 28 when on holiday in Spain with 2 other couples and Sam of course. Having had a right skinful of drink I decided to go paddling in the surf late the first night, as all 6 of us walked along the sand. Needless to say I was swiftly de-panted by one of the other lads.
Pulled my keks up and got on with the festivities - thought no more of it to be honest. (Until your post)
So what became of the 3 couples from some 10 years back:
1 - Paul (our hero in this story) and his wife Sam were DF'd some time later for apantasy (anti-typical rejection of pants)
2 - James (our villain) is a confirmed anti-fader. (he strongly disbelieves but has every intention of keeping going to the JW meetings) His wife is a strong dub
3 - The other couple are divorced, he has DA'd himself on grounds of general insanity and she has remarried a non-JW.
