can someone do me a huge favor and scan them in here?
or type them up if you're in a particularly helpful mood :) .
i need them to prove something to someone.
I dont remember it like that. I remember being grilled as to my "personal habits," clean standing in the commnity yada yada yada
You had to be determined worthy by the brotherhood before you could participate in the privilege of FS
this idea came to while i was in the chat... i got a couple... you guys chip in with whatever ya got.. "i'd rather be posting on jwd" and.
"my other car is an office chair".
i know those are weak- but somebody's got some good ones...
"frown upon this JW's!"

this seems like a normal thing to celebrate, if you are into celebrations.
here in the north, the days become longer than the nights.
more light.
Hey S,
The equinox also has meaning if you have a connection to nature in general, I dont think you have to live on a farm for that, although youre right, if your livelyhood is tied to it, your bound to pay more attention to it. I live in the woods, I hike in them every day, and I am very aware of the changes going on this time of year. I dont celebrate it because of culture, I celebrate because of choice..and because I can..us pagans are like that.

i am going to conduct a little pseudoscientific experiment here.
my hope is to prove without a doubt that disfellowshipping causes more problems for the jw's than it solves.
to do this i will ask all of you who voluntarily left: .
I left because we could not agree on who should run my life...them or me...then I was df'd because they lost control over me...oh yea, and because I just would not repent and abandon my evil ways....one of which I am now married to.

I celebrated Spring Equinox......The days are getting longer but we still got 4 inches of snow yesterday. Maybe by Beltane it will be gone. Its not much fun dancing around the may pole when there is snow on the ground.. Even if your not naked.
it was pretty odd.
we had a jw sister come to our door on sunday by herself.
she walked up really slowly and quietly.
That story reminded me of a night mare I had a few years ago. I dreamt(sp?) I had returned to the hall and I was going door to door again. It was aweful!!!!! It was a totally helplessly trapped feeling(again) and I was sooo thrilled when I woke up!
Yikes!
