  Reinstated But Not Forgiven?

  have there been stories of people reinstated but not forgiven by there congregations.

  i'm think about coming back and thats one of my fears.. .

  If you got any tatoos while out, be sure you keep them covered up when you go back. You'll never overcome the stigma.

  Things That Matter and Things That Don't

  being a jehovah's witness at any time and at any level is a major head f*ck.

  the reason is that it obscures what is important and causes you to focus on what doesn't matter.. i've moved on from my jw experience.

  it's a shame that i found myself a born in, taught to focus on things that don't matter.

  Just Got Back From My First Assembly " Take Refuge in Jehovah! "

  thought i'd start a new topic on my experience.................... just got back from the above assembly.......... here is my take on my first and last assembly.

  9:40 song and prayer - half the people were still in the toilet...and no one was singing, i didn't have a song book (i am worldy you see!!

  ) so i just stood and stared at the odd looking fella on the stage miming, rather than singing!.

  Maybe the one getting baptized was someone that had been "out" for awhile, and realized they needed refuge again..

  hi all.. i have to attend a special assembly on saturday "take refuge in jehovah".. has anyone been to this yet....what can i expect?.

  that's right, nothing.. you get struck on the cheek and you pony up for the other slap.. your pray for the enemy who wants you face down in the mud with his heel on your neck.. you get treated like pond scum and force a smile and forgive.. abused?
