I just scanned his posts, and read what he had written about his life story. I don't think he finished it. Does anyone know why he and biker chic both stopped posting or commenting 3 years ago?

onacruise - Craig Mills 1952-2011
by Lady Lee ini was given the link to a bit of information regarding on old poster/moderator of this forum.
i was not sure of the validity of the information so have been trying to find out if it is true.. earlier today craig's estranged wife, kate, (bikerchic) confirmed that craig died at his home on aug 10, 2011.. i am sure that many people here remember craig's time here and how he went out of his way to offer support to posters, even calling them, to give whatever help he could as they adjusted to their post-jw lives.. i know many people here will grieve his loss.. --------------.
ps i tried posting this earlier but the computer i was working with would not allow the posts.

Oct. 15th WT - Who Should be your Friend to Associate & Recreate With ?
by flipper inwith many of us here on jwn in a fading state trying to stay halfway connected to jw relatives - i thought it would be informative and helpful to know what the wt society is telling jehovah's witnesses about who or who should not be their close friends.
so if you experience even more shunning than normal - this article may be influencing some jw's to do this.
you won't find any new information here- but the wt society is definitely trying to control who witnesses hang out with.. in the article " is your recreation beneficial " ?

Sounds like they are helping our fade along. The less we associate, the less splainin' we have to do. Thank you GB.

According the WT, how many comings or returns of Christ are there?
by cyberguy inaccording the wt, how many comings or returns of christ are there?
and the follow-up question is: how many comings of christ are actually indicated in the scriptures?
(yes, we can debate for days, needlessly, concerning the 1914-calculus, but the truth is so much simpler than this!

Hey Alfred, I think he told only the Apostles (Annointed) to "keep doing this". Correct?

Another Question, if I May...
by AGuest ini truly hope you don't get trite, cliche, anecdotal, or sarcastic, but share with us what you really believe/feel/think.
i will start: for me, i define "success" as peace of mind.

Why So Many Young People Are Leaving The Watchtower
by Jeremy C ini have been giving a lot of thought to the young people who are leaving the watchtower organization in recent years.
last night, i was reading the thread posted by jwfacts a while back in which he provided some statistics and graphs showing the rapidly declining growth in the watchtower.
one factor that was discussed at length was the high number of young people who do not stay in the organization.

Jeremy, your post really hit home.
After reading what others have said, I guess there are benefits having a paid clergy?

Cash-strapped Men turn Gay.
by ThomasCovenant inmen are turning to a life of carefree homosexuality to avoid the expense of wives and children, it has emerged.. .
a sharp drop-off in the men's grooming market has been linked to heterosexual men growing the thick facial hair which they believe will make them enticing to other males.. civil engineer, bill mckay, said: "with the economy unlikely to improve in the near future, there's no way i can afford nice dresses and designer chocolates, let alone the school uniforms and hefty tuition fees that are the eventual consequence of those bribes.. "alternately, if i bag myself a hairy builder then not only will he have no interest in cath kidston products, but also he can build my extension for free while we share interesting sport-related banter and laugh at the peter kaye jokes in nuts magazine.".
he added: "i suppose we'd have to have sex at some point.
