  ten pounds in ten weeks

  so it's january 1 and i want to lose ten pounds in ten weeks.

  i've been on a diet for a year and a half and have lost 130 pounds.

  weight loss has slowed down, so i need more focus and more exercise.

  I want to lose about 8-10 pounds too. But absolutely hate exercising! Although I need to.....things are starting to head south! I'll give it a shot, I have a good exercise video for the Butt! (as long as I keep the volume off to drown out the annoying guy in the video, I'll do ok)

  Ok, not really bragging. I just feel really good about myself for once! (been a long time) When I decided to go back to school, at 40, I was scared shi*less! But, I did it, and worked really hard! I proved to myself, im not as dumb as I thought! I go to school with my 19 year old daughter, and she is so proud of me, you have no clue how good that feels!

  very nasty relationship, for 8 years.

  about 14 days ago, i was finally able to find place to live with my dear pup:).

  today i went to get my last load from the house,,,,,he was gone,,,,,but what do i find on his dresser???

  Alot of us do things like that when we are upset. I have to say, I would have done more than that!

  One time my boyfriend and I were fighting, and he was packing a bag to leave. I was about to cook some fresh shrimp. So, when he walked out of the room, I helped him pack. I put a piece of shrimp in between each nicely folded piece of clothing!

  Just the thought of him going to take a shower the next day, and have rotten shrimp stuck to his clothes made me feel good!

  Childish? Of course! But It sure felt good!

  What Did Noah Do With All The Animal manure Piling Up In the Ark?

  they were in the ark for such a long time, must have been pretty messy not to mention unhealthy, must have been a high mortality rate, causeing wide spead disease, and death due to the very unsanitary condition in that ark?

  imagine being locked up in that mess for a moment..

  Too old to be "Saved" ?

  we all know that jw's don't baptize babies, but they will baptize them when they become a little older, like 9 or 10 in some cases.

  my question is the following.

  if they don't baptize children because they are too young, could they refuse someone that's too old?.

  Yes, I know someone who was in their '90s who was refused. I was told it was because of the age, but unless you're there, you cant be sure that was the only reason behind it. I know he was devoted, so I dont see any other reason!

  first off, i'm always confused as to what the difference is between a soul and a spirit.

  You would think someone else would try to prove it since 1907!

  isnt the theory that all that paranormal stuff may be energy trapped in certain places that just hasnt changed states yet?

  From what I've read and heard, they change states right away, but some dont know they are dead, some dont want to go to the "light" just yet, and some are earthbound, and can never leave. (just what I read, not saying its real)
