  two of the elders on my appeal committee called me yesterday to let me know they are upholding the decision to df me.

  of course, there was no question that they would do that, i even told the guy last time he called that i only appealed to buy some time before the announcement to visit with my jw family.. the interesting thing is how long this has drug on.

  my original committee decided to df me towards the end of january, i appealed at the beginning of february, and now i'll finally be announced near the end of march.

  I believe that if there is a Jehovah, that he is as evil as Satan. He's very murderous. With a god like him, who needs Satan? He never seemed real to me.

  That scares me more that serving a god who's name is not Jehovah!!!!!!!!

  I guess it seems hard for me, at least right now, for those who have learned and know the "truth" to completely give up on it. I have so many questions, so many arguments, things I still believe in. My head just goes around and around with the pro's and cons of the JW"S. I have read several things on this site, which made me ask a current jw to explain it to me. 1975? The answer was, "they made a mistake." UN involvement? "what can I say, they made a mistake." I wanted to say three strikes and theyre out! I get so confusued sometimes I want to scream. If I had never come to this site, I wouldnt even know the WTS was involved in so much horse poop! Is that why they say not to surf the web, especially sites like this?

  What Caution Would You Recommend To New Posters On These Boards?

  there's a lot of new ones here and they might not be familiar with the fact that not everyone is truthful or necessarily looking out for your best interests.....is there any thing a "newbie" or for that matter any of us should keep in mind while on the internet?

  And a comment about Santa, One of the reasons Christmas wasnt celebrated was because Jesus was not born on that day. Someone "made it up". Well than if the word Jehovah was "made up" who are, or were , we actually worshipping? Its kindof a scary thought.

  Wow, I would have to know a little more about the bible to understand all of that! LOL Im kindof rusty. I guess when all you know, is what you were taught growing up, it would make sense you still believe in Jah. Or at least God. Its hard to let your mind believe in other things, especially since it was pounded in your head for so long.
