Hello Cordelia.
NO,
If it were the truth, i would still be there, but the elders told me to stop doing research on the truth because that would be getting ahead of the FDS and the FDS would provide the proper food, at the proper time (I'm still waiting).
I was researching the other books mentioned in the bible these books are quoted by the bible writers they talk about prophecy and other things, my feelings are, if they quote from these books, then those bible writers must of felt they were inportant enough to include them in the bible, so why can't I research them?
Ask your dad that question.Acadian

My response having served on many JC is - be honest & open. The elders aim is to "gain you" as a brother - not vindictively disfellowship you. DF is absolutely a final option. Tell the facts & how you feel. Pray to Jehovah. The passage of time isn't necessarily a factor - it is a positive matter that you want to get the matter sorted out.
Bullshyt, had three elders over one nite, they came with malice in their heart and their minds made up before I could even present my side.
they wouldn't answer my questions,( and to this day a year later I still haven't recieved an answer concerning the U.N situation) or look up scriptures with me so I could show my points. No, they came with their minds made up before even talking to me.
Oh my crime... I was studing the other books mentioned/quoted in the bible, I was told, the FDS will give me all I need to Know at the right time, don't get ahead of the org. Hey it's not my fault their slow.
Jesus said... you will know my disciple, by the love they show to one another. Where's the love?

Hello and Welcome albertjw,
You said:
But it doesn't matter it seems, it is all porneia when genitals are involved - and so the most sinnful of all sins..
The most sinful of sins? I didn't know that? so murder is not as sinful? All sin is the same no differance.
The best answer I can give you, and it's one you probably wont like, is stop living a lie, fess up, and get on with life.
Do you think your going to be happy living a lie, living a double life? I doubt it.
you said:
1. It seems that confessing yourself first (before the other one accuuses me) helps. Does it really?
2. Can I confess wihtout saying the sister's name, to leave her out of it?
3. When long time have passed since committing sins, does it show my un-regrettfullness?
4. If the sin was habitual (took place during long period), does it show that I am unrepentant no matter what I say now?
5. I am not going to fake tears or anything like that, but is there anything I can say or do to prove that I regret what I did??#1...Sometimes not always
#2...No, they will want names and details, lots and lots of details...
#3...yes, you tried to hide it#4...No, but it depends on if you go to the elders first or did you get caught.
#5...Kiss their Asses, hope for the best, or act really humby, sorry, that the whole situation just really bothers you, and you really NEED the elders help. Personally I would tell them to kiss my ass, but this isn't about me, it's about you.
As long as you remain in the WTS there is no hope, get use to it!
If you truly wish to be happy, then stop living a lie. You know what's right, do it!

Maintain Your Joy in Kingdom Service!
Very few times did I find joy in "Kingdom Service"
I thought for awhile there must be something wrong with me, because I could never really find the joy that everyone else talked about in the Door to Door work, and then one day I did'nt go out, and I was Joyous, so I stopped going out
all together in service.
Then I started missing meetings every now and again and when I did I was joyous, so I figured that if I did'nt go to the meetings at all, that might make me even more joyous, so I stopped going to the meetings and I became very Joyous. So then, I DAed myself, and have been Joyous ever since....you wont find that in the "Kingdom Ministry"

beards not a rule but!!!
by frogit inhttp://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/4666132.stm .
this caught my eyes and reminded me when as a ministerial servant that we had to go into the back room for instructions from the po (not very clever man), he tried his best to explain to us ms and elders about the wearing of beards in the congregation.
he must have gone on and on for 30 minutes about not having beards, but kept impressing that this was not a rule, but beards should not be worn, but its not a rule, just dont expect to have any privileges if you grow one on your face and wear it (sounds like you wear it like a tie he he) but we are not making it a rule, just dont wear a beard.

Morning all,
I used to wear a beard off and on, and there was always someone who would make a comment about it.
Even the elders would make comments about going out in service and such.I was even told that no one would go out in service with me, but they did, bunch of hypicrites!
The WTS does not believe in unconditional love, everything is based on conditional love, heck it's not even love,

All the strangers in my neck of the woods look like Charlie Manson
LOL... yeah yer right!
Ever see the weirdo's that hang out at Clear Creek Market? Once a crankster looking girl came up to my partners truck and said she'd do ANYTHING for 18 dollars. That's right....18 dollars. I'm thinking that stranger wasn't Jehovah in disguise fer sure!
I did'nt have $18 dollars that day, only $12.50.......you know what they call Crear Creek behind the market ...Crank Creek.
I may have sold some' bud' to jehovah and never knew it....who knows?
I'll have to talk to you about that "Bud"-wiser

Good morning Master Gumby,
If god became a man then who knows how many times he's been here visiting and we didn't know it.
Hebrews 13:2
Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.Who knows?
