Hi bluesapphire, One of my younger sister's had a reduction, she was larger than a double d. She was very happy for many reasons after the reduction, such as you mentioned, but, her main problem was her back. Her reduction relieved much of that. Now I don't know if this is commom or not, but after a few yrs she regained much of her breast size back, not body weight. Please do your research, I believe every State has a medical board that will let you know if the doctor your considering has any mal-practice suits against them or other problems. Personally I wouldn't do anything if you are not having any phyisical problems, but I also realize that the way we precieve how we look, plays a big part in our daily lives and how we interact with one another. And if you are not comfortable with yourself, then most everything else sucks. And don't forget to ask the doctor's LOTS of questions, Be informed! Peace and love to you bluesapphire. Acadian

Yes, immorality, when I came to the knowlege that association with the WTS was Spiritual Fornication and Apostasy, I left. The history of the WTS is based on Lies, deceit and fear. I get enough of that from regular life, to have to put up with it from a supposed channal of God. Peace Acadian
i saw a part on the today show where matt was asking if it was possible an emotional disconnect to be able to forgive immidietly after such a terrible tragedy.
i personally feel it is not natural to be able to forgive something so big so quickly and it makes me think they all put on a front because they are a cult-like group too.
if they said "one family is forgiving, and another family is mad as h*ll about the whole thing,"it would be much more believable to me.

typically, by the end of the summer, i usually take off some weight due to good exercise and better eating.

I don't diet to lose weight, or I'd be too skinny. My food intake consist mostly of fruits, grains, veggies and very little animal products. I graze through out the day, alittle bit of everything. I eat slow/whole foods, foods you have to prepare yourself. And eaten mostly raw. And I try to avoid foods that come out of a box/packages. I grow the majority of the foods I eat. And I don't have a tiller so I dig everything by hand, that's my excercise. Acadian

i am a registered independent myself.
i have heard it said, and watched in the news the obvious moves by the democrats, to put this woman in place to run for the office of president.
It doesn't matter to me one way or another, the're all corrupt. Like they are going to make any differance. All I ever see is more rules a regulations, like we don't have enough already.
