Do you not care anymore?

has anyone here got to the stage where they just dont care about the wts anymore?

whether they exist or disband, whether its about doctrine and dogma, attitudes, flip-flops, what they think of you, scandles etc.

would this be the end goal of recovering from the jws?

Is this a site for active JWs or for ex JWs?

there's alot of jw "bashing" here.. if you have left the org., please inform me on what it was that convinced you to depart?

we have friends that are jws and we want to know how best to deal with them.

some are constantly giving us literature.

JW for About 20 years, raised all three kids in WTS BS, Left WTS 2001 for many reasons.

Where did I go after leaving WTS, no where, All the answers are on the inside. (the Heaven within)

As long as your so called friends are R&F JW's they will never be real friends to you, all they really are, is recruiters for the WTS.

And when you make it plain you don't want to become a JW (assuming you don't) they will probably talk to you a lot less frequintly.

But if you feel there's hope for them, then please, show them all the reseach you found about the WTBTS.

In the beginning it seemed so, but as time went on, the fact that they weren't fulfilling that need, and their lies, failed preditions, lack of love, ect. time to leave...

shining one just did a thread on an article that supposedly shows the bible was not fabricated.

i didn't want to hijack his thread, so i started this one.. .

i'm getting old, i guess, and maybe alzheimer's is starting in, but i have lost my vision, my understanding, my assurity if you will.

I can't imagine whatever made everything, needing any type of worship from me, (Does God have a ego?) but I do think showing respect for the "ALL" what ever it is, is a good thing. you know, taking care of each other and the earth we live on.

UncleBruce, looks like you scare'd another one away! LoL

If you are still here airduster, I would advise you, just like the elders use to do, to me,

when I'd ask them a question, they would say, you look it up, do the research.

So I did do the research, and guess what , I was told to stop researching because,(as the elder put it) you don't want to get ahead of the organization.

Well I kept researching, and confimed what I already believed, so I DAed myself from the Borg.

Don't expect us or anyone to show you the truth about the WTS, for you to truly understand and comprehind what the WTS is all about, you need to do as all the rest of us here have done.

This Year The Push Is REALLY On To Invite EVERYONE To The Memorial!

When I saw this post, I thought of this scripture...

(Matthew 10:32-33)

32 "Everyone, then, that confesses union with me before men, I will also confess union with him before my Father who is in the heavens; 33 but whoever disowns me before men, I will also disown him before my Father who is in the heavens.

Isn't that what's done at the Kingdumb hell every year at the "Memorial". if you do a little research, you'll find that this little ritual (the "Memorial") is Satanic in nature and origen. Hmmm...

Think about it, the majority of JW's refuse Christ at the "Memorial" every year by not accepting the symbols of the "New Covenant"

Thus denieing Christ and the covenat arrangement.

Something to consider if you're a JW and think of youself as a follower of Christ.

whatever the causes, whether you think it's global warming or just another cycle, millions of people will be affected and so will the animal kingdom.

how will you respond if the worst happens, and the sea starts lapping at your front door?

Yes their is a problem, and each of us can do things that will help, but I doutb will solve the problem, Why?

Because big corporations will continue to pollute.

I live in California USA, and we have a law here, not that we voted for it , but we have it.
This Law allows a company who puts out to much pollution and goes beyond their limlts, too use other companies pollutions credits.
Now the problem with that is... for example we have a company called knauff or some thing, and their always going over their limit, and getting extra credits from other companies, the problem is these other companies dont release the kinds of pollutants that knauff does.

Knauff makes fibre glass insulation, well guess what, now the people in the area of the Knauff plant have a higher rate of lung problems than other areas around them.

It would appear here in the USA, the government really doesn't care much for "We the People" which is obviously the case when they allow corporations to pollute to the extent that they do.

So how do we fix the problem? If you think your vote counts, try that route.(I doubt it works) Or...get together with like minded people and fix the problem yourselves...you know what I mean...

Or... don't do anything ...which is what most will do... nothing! but complain!

So, stop buying the things that cause the problems, look at the way you live, and make the nessisary changes.

Disfellowshipped and lonely

i was disfellowshipped in 2003. systematically my family stopped talking to me.

i am only 22 years old and i feel a big void in my life.
