  i have posted this story before on some other boards, but after "lurking" for a long time here, i have finally decided to come out and tell my story.

  it is really long, so i'm going to tell it in a few parts.

  that way i can also tell if i'm boring everyone to death, haha!

  The Generation Game 10 years on - 1995

  it's been roughly ten years since the change in the understanding of the generation was printed in a november watchtower.. while i won't discuss here what everyone already knows about this change, and the effects it had on many people, questions have to be asked.. what happens next for the watchtower society?

  where is the leadership?.

  in what direction are they headed?.

  I'm with Nosferatu, after a century I think many will start leaving. But then again..the real hard core ones will say, "100 years have gone by, now we're REALLLLY close!!!!!" Wouldn't surprise me.

  Blood- would you/have you given/taken it?

  since leaving the jws and joining my current company i get asked every six months to give blood.

  i've never done it and still feel as if i had an accident i would be very reluctant to have a transfusion.. if its not too personal can i ask what others views are on this and your experiences if any?.

  Purple...great point. I didn't think of that...the only way of getting the allowed fractions is via donation. Has anyone heard if donating is "legal" based on this?

  How do you amuse yourself during the daily commute?

  i commute to and from work between 2 and 4 hours every day.

  does anyone else commute and what do you do to pass the time?

  Good question....Now I would take blood if my life depended on it, I would have reservations but I would. Not sure if I would donate. Some things are just to deeply programed.....

  announced our circuit overseer last night in his talk about the urgency to preach because of the times.

  followed by a silence that was broken with ohhhs and ahhhs.

  he said that a couple of times throughout his part, simulating a beating heart with his fist.

  Pure and simple fear tactic. If you don't want to die, go out and preach.!!!!!! Something tells me Jesus wasn't that kind of guy, in fact he said, have faith in me and you will be saved. Pretty easy. These dicks have made it a matter of works not faith.

  Can you be disfellowshipped for taking a yoga class?

  i was just wondering since i've started taking a yoga class.

  not that i would mind being df'd but not ready to lose the family.

  i lost my wt library cd so i don't have access to the society's stand on yoga.

  Mp3sharing like breaking bread

  well, i came to this when i was sharing numb/encore by jz/linkinpark with a friend of mine.

  the song actually mentions breaking the bread, but what i mean is when u share a mp3 you still have the full song, sort of like the breaking of the bread story.

  i'm also on a p2p network where i can download mp3's.
