  Most evil being on earth?

  I'm right here Buttlight...reading everyone's posts.

  The other night, all was quiet, my boys had long gone to bed, hubby at work, the dawg was asleep upstairs. I'm at the computer, reading my email.

  I hear this skitching noise, across the floor, coming towards me. I hear it, but don't bother investigating. A few minutes later, again, the same noise, a little louder. I look up....I see nothing, go back to my mail.

  The third time, the same noise, really loud this time, coming towards me. I jump up out of my chair and tore off up the stairs, yelling at my kids, "Did you guys hear that?"

  They said "No, what was it?" I ask them if the dog was asleep up there with one of them, she was. We don't have mice or rats, and the noise was that of something big....

  I dunno, make of it what you will. I know what I heard, it scared the b-jeezus outta me...it certainly got my attention.

  edited to say, that all has been "quiet" here for a few months, until the other night.

  they turn back to false teachings and their bible knowledge even proves that.

  I'm about to leave, so I'll just say this. You guys should try to do research on your own, without the help of anti-jws website or information. Theres two sites of the story, and you cannot believe one side without hearing the other side.

  Sadly, Nimrod only sees, his/her side of the JW story, and refuses to take off the blinders. He/she cannot take their own advice, but in typical J-dub fashion, can sure dish it out.

  Our friend Nimrod comes here to stir the pot, make fun of us, talk down at us, with his/her condescending talk, and self righteous attitudes, all characteristic of the JW personality.

  I sure don't miss the atmosphere at the kindumb hell....their so-called, "AGAPE" love....they don't have a clue.

  Girls living alone....

  my husband and son are gone until this monday.

  i'm kinda freaked out and let the dogs sleep on my husbands side of the bed.. doors are locked, windows secured, phone by my side.

  i finally get to sleep, and at the ungodly hour of midnight the door bell is ringing and the dogs go nuts!

  Drug Addiction- Meth addiction, Did You Know Someone Addicted? Dangerous!

  i felt it was good to start a thread on this as methamphetamine addiction has become one of the most abused drugs in our society.

  unfortunately, from what i've heard is it is relatively cheap to make , not as expensive as other drugs, and highly addictive once a person is " hooked" they have an extremely hard time getting off it.

  crank or speed as it is called makes people highly aggressive, mean spirited, and can make them violent.

  My husband is a recovered methamphetamine user. He used for a number of years as a teen, and young adult. He slammed crystal, and was high daily. He's been sober for 17 years.

  He lived a helluva life while he was addicted, in and out of jails, saw the death of a few friends from various drugs. He is a survivor. He quit cold turkey.

  Edited to say, that if an addict truly wants to stop taking drugs, he will find it within themselves to do it, and get the help they need. But not until they are absolutely ready.

  My husband was more than ready. He hated himself for doing the drugs, hated what the drug was doing to him, and hated that he was disappointing his family.

  LOL, I remember when I was living on my own with my daughter. She was about 4 years old at the time, and I kept a baseball bat next to my bed. ( My mom insisted )

  I woke up about 3 am one morning to a dark figure standing next to me, and I quick grabbed the bat, and then my daughter yelled,"It's me mommy"...

  My heart was going a hundred miles an hour! Needless to say, the bat was removed from my bedroom.
