YOu are getting better right now , tomorrow you will feel much better, when someone gets well enough to complain that is a really good sign ,
LOL, that's what my momma always says too...I'm sorry you've been so sick. There's a lot sickness going around here too...( got my fingers crossed that I don't get it) Too bad you didn't live near here, because Mary would whip you up some of her yummy home-made chicken noodle soup, with lots of fresh garlic.... Hope you will be up and feeling much better real soon! In the meantime, just rest, drink plenty of fluids, orange juice is excellent!! and eat some good chicken or turkey soup.

LOL, I can't argue with you, BB, all I know is that it's a great sport, as is Rugby and soccor. I love them as well....

Grew up with 4 brothers. Ask a question and you get treated like a stupid girl who knows nothing.
lol, Yeah, I have 2 brothers, so I know the feeling. However, I was able to keep up with their bantering....I hope you continue to learn the great game of football....once you understand it, you'll love it.
Now baseball, on the other hand, I find it kinda boring, especially to watch on tv, so I have never really kept up with it. My daughter's fiance plays baseball, and eats, breathes and sleeps it, so I guess I'll have to give in a bit, and watch some games....lol.
My little grandson will play both sports....lucky little fella.

Tara, Tara, Tara - hate is such a strong word.
Unconfused, I STRONGLY hate football.
Well, I realize that a great percentage of women do not like football, but I LOVE it, I LIVE for it, and when the season ends, I go into convulsions.....almost. That's why I like the NFL channel.
I live in a very, PRO-football family. No, I don't mean there is a pro-football player in my family, although my eldest son aspires to be one, one day... (he's almost 16 and plays football for high school and for the city) (he plays defensive tackle)
I learned to like the sport way back when I was about 4 years old, watching the Packers with my Grampy...and then in high school I dated a guy on the team, so I got to really liking it, once I learned how it was played.
It's a shame that more women don't like it....it makes for some good hubby-relationships....except when my team plays my hubby's team.....then it gets interesting!!

New England Patriots
by XJW4EVR inok, now that this team has gone 16-0, the pressure is going to be turned up an infinite amount of notches.
good luck.
as for the surviving 1972 miami dolphins, guess you have to keep that champagne on ice a little while longer.

I saw the Pats play the Steelers in a luxury booth at Gillette Stadium. I'll never be able to watch a game down with the unwashed masses again. Got my picture taken with John Hannah and Harold Jackson, for you long time Pats fans...
aw you braggart!!! I'm jealous! Good for you. That's awesome!!
There are a lot of un-PATRIOT-ic football fans out there who think the New England team is smug and want to see them get knocked off.
yeah, my husband is a Charger's fan, long time, and he kept cheering for the Giants...but, like I said before, the Giants played very well....Kudos to them!

You just can't reach some people-they just don't get it!
by dawg inhey guys, album is going great so far... i hope we can finish it in 2008, around may or june.
anyway, i just had a thought which made me stop in for a while.
i was discussing something with a friend the other day, i hadn't even started speaking nor had i brought up the core of my point before he started screaming like some wild manaic; he started making up "straw man" arguments one after the other ad infinum, yelling like a banshee and accusing me of all sorts of thoughts that i don't believe... it was really bazarre.

To me, it's more a refusal to think than lack of ability. When a Witness hears something that differs from the the FDS says they usually just scream "Apostate" and run off with their head on fire.
LMAO.....this is exactly what they are programmed to do!! "Danger, Danger Will Robinson"!!

I had a Molucan a few years ago. He chewed the top off my china cabinet... one of my very first parrots was an Umbrella. She was awesome...I miss her, and my African Grey too. He was a fantastic talker.
I think I'll bet on Minimus for the first post of 2008. And I'll go with Confuscious to be the first to hijack it.
How much are we bettin', my friends?
