I wonder if it has anything to do with their arrogant attitude,that they are doing god's work and they want the world to know it, so they walk slow, like they are on display.

Why do they walk so slowly?
by helios ini have only to turn into any road or street and if there are any jws operating within my area of vision i can pick them out.. it may only be something that occurs in uk but they actually walk at half speed.
yet if i see any local jw in the town shopping they fly along, except the very old ones.
we are in the end of the end time.

When i was still a member, I heard that the sister's up north, in Canada, could wear pants, ONLY if it was really cold, and it can get VERY cold at times. But even then it was "iffy"....Can you imagine going, from igloo to igloo in a dress for god's sake...how ridiculous!!!! I'd like to see the "brother's" have a gust of cold wind blow up their "dresses" hahahahaha freeze their nether's off.

Hi everybody, I´m a new member from Spain

i ve been lurking through this forum for a long time but i didn t dare write here because of my lack of knowledge of the language but i changed my mind.
i think i can give a different point of view from other members of usa of uk, it seems that most of the members are from theses countries.

I remember years ago, in Hamilton, Canada, at the assembly there was a guy in a gorilla suit hanging around outside the Colliseum. I laughed my head off, and the JW's announced that we should all ignore him and keep away.....hahahahahahaha

I know a few, including myself, but when i was still going to the KH, we saw a young "brother" take an "interest" in a young girl in a certain family. This person should have been out with the guys his age, you know? But here he was , ALWAYS with this family, and the youngest daughter specifically. I made a comment to someone, as it really creeped me out. I was told, that his own younger brother had reported him to an elder as he had a scrapbook full of little girl pics in underwear and bathing suits, he had cut out from various store catalogues. But, NOTHING was done, and he continued hanging out with this family. Funny, the mother herself was abused, so you'd think she'd have a clue??????? I dunno,,,,that little girl has grown some now and is very withdrawn.......makes me sick.
P.S. as far as I know he still attends the KH, ....... Dee
