well its all happend, got to the hosp early friday morning, had my waters broken at around 7:30am had to wait for an hour and a half to see if labour would begin naturally, it didnt so at 9am i was hooked up to the drip, man that was intense, put it to you this way, blakes labour was about 8 hours all up kaia's labour was 3 hours and i would rather go through the 8 hour one anyday.. it was a very short labour, kaia was born a bit shocked as it happend so fast so she was rushed up to nursery for a bit as she was purple and not breathing properly but after an hour on oxygen she was fine, me on the other hand had to be stitched up coz pushing a 9 pound 1 baby out naturally with no drugs does damage heheh, then i had to be hooked up to a drip for 4 hours as i lost a bit of blood.
but once we were all sorted it was all good.
she is doing so well we are at home now, she is beautiful and very content.
Hi Es....what a beautiful little sweetheart!!!! I'm glad it's over for you, and everyone is well....What a beautiful name you picked for her. Your son is so cute....he'll be a great, big brother...Your hubby looks quite proud too, and so he should be.

today my washer broke.
i was taking a shower, when i heard the most gawdawful noise, very loud grinding buzzer sound from my washer.
i hurried as fast as i can because its a saturday morning and i don't want to wake up the whole neighborhood but it took me a couple minutes.
I fire them into the trash bin at work too...it really makes me angry that they'd leave the mags in the nursing home. Do they really think that an elderly person is going to change their beliefs when they are on the threshold of leaving this life behind??They've spent an entire lifetime believing in their religion, and suddenly a magazine is going to change them?
there goes pat robertson again, stealing the best stuff from the wt's teachings, claiming it as his own, and getting the kind of publicity that the society can't even get with a worldwide tract campaign!.

I got this in my e-mail, from an old witness friend. They quoted the scripture that says, "Even the stones will cry out."
I thought it was silly, as there are many people who recognize Jehovah, as being God's name, big deal!
The witnesses think these are milestones, and proof that the end is imminent, due to the fact that the entire world is hearing the name Jehovah....
last night in gabbly i asked why celbrate xmas.
the answer i got was, "because it's fun.
" can it really be that simple?.
We celebrate Christmas, because we want to. Plain and simple. I love the holidays, the gathering of friends and family, the sights, sounds and smell of Christmas. It makes me happy, to see my children, my husband, and my friends, enjoying themselves during the holidays.
It is really that simple....it's FUN.
i don't believe in prayer now, but i could be wrong so would you give some good vibes for my grandson?
he is 16 and they discovered a big growth on his lymph node near his heart and will operate on him monday afternoon.
it could be cancer but i sure hope it isn't.

after 26 hours of labor followed by a c-section.
but it was worth all the pain, she is absolutely perfect.

She wouldn't happen to be pregnant, would she?? just had to ask, because, well, you know, they are human....my brother had to get married, they got public reproof, and another friend of mine who was pregnant, had a white wedding IN the KH, and when they got found out, they were reproved also...

Min, I'm sorry you've had such an awful time of it lately. I hope your mom is doing much better? Never mind your aunt, the witnesses' true colors always seem to shine right through, in the way they treat unbelieving relatives.
The nurses where I work, couldn't believe the difference between me, and a few of my JW relatives..they are so negative, demanding, unkind, loud-mouthed, that when they entered the nursing home to see my Grammy, the nurses would run in the opposite direction. Literally.

my grammy has just been put to rest, and already my parents and my s/i/l have said this to me.
they know i'm feeling sad, and missing my grammy, and they say, "she's going to be resurrected you know, be happy for her.
Hi Sass...yes, I'm giving it a rest, I know where my Grammy is.... and also, the next time my s/i/l invites me to lunch, I'm not going. She is far too caustic for my liking, and I now remember, what I do not miss. I only really miss my brother, and his son and daughter. My s/i/l has such a hold over them, it's awful. I know that my niece and nephew will come to visit once they're out of the house, and away from their mother's ever-watchful eye. Unfortunately, my eldest niece, well, she's too far gone, and is an exact replica of her mother. Sad, but true.
